Agree totally Leaf. This price has been moved around to suit the placement and large orders. Not really cricket that they moved down to the 160's after the 28th Oct and filled these large orders we have been seeing but to be expected I guess. And the subsequent move up back to 175 today in prep for the placement shares coming onto the market tomorrow at 8AM.

IMO we will see some strong upward movement tomorrow as the TR1's drop.

This was presented at a mini symposium in May 2018 but now looks to finally been published in peer reviewed journal. I know I have been banging on about it but peer review can take a long time.....

Main points to take from this (which are available on synairgen's website).

1. The safety profile of AZD9412 was consistent with previous clinical experience [9] and no new safety concerns were identified.

2. AZD9412 improved lung function (morning peak expiratory flow; mPEF) by 19.7 L/min. (AKA IT WORKS).

Interesting timing regarding publication of a study undertaken by Astrazeneca! Wonder why they would bother......

I think people need to also keep in mind that big positions are currently being taken in SNG by insti's/hedge funds etc. The daily trading patterns/spreads since the placement have been very unusual. Next week all will be revealed about who has taken a position in SNG and how they can help in driving forward this phase 3 trial/bringing drug to market. PI sentiment at the moment is irrelevant IMO.

STB, Has happened on every placing I have been involved in this year. Pretty common occurrence. Once shares go into issue next week the share price should start to move in our favour. I bought into this placing to support the companies future plans. If it is any consolation every placing I have bought into this year is significantly in profit. Next week once shares are in issue normal play will resume.

We have just had £80million invested into the company at 175p. This drop is inconsequential.

We know that this drug works on respiratory diseases as has been proven time and time again. I will repeat again.

The data shows:

It works in the LAB
It works in ASTHMA patients
It works in COPD patients
It works in COVID patients.

Covid has accelerated the development of this drug enabling it to get through a phase 2 and 3 trials within a 12 month period. This just does not happen in the pharma world!

Stay patient, ignore the noise and wait for phase 3 to complete. If you want a quick return try a junior gold explorer!

MM's just playing funny buggers. I just could just sell 10k shares at 167.02 and buy 10k shares at 167.00.

I'd like to see some of these companies with drugs that have published "very much more effective" results so I can put some money into those as well. From my searches I have not found them yet so appreciate the heads up........

Hopeful, at the top of this page go into the SNG Share trades tab. All the data is there. You need to them copy and paste it into a spreadsheet if you want to make sense of it.

The 200k trade was 11:01. The 87k was 13:08. They spiked down to 175 last week as well which I assumed was to take out any stop losses.
