Why not wait for the full test results and then do the raise.

PM started the heron 1 with no local permit.

Drill was stopped half way in to the operation.

Mrpam got involved to let PM continue finishing heron 1.

It then went to court and PM lost and was told to evacuate block 20.

COVID hit and things slowed.

Several meetings took place over the past few years and PM did not agree with locals terms.

They wanted to benefit from oil wealth..

At one stage the district agreed but provincial did not approve.

It went to cabinet approval (a pointless exercise)

This year end of Feb district approved and in May the provincial approved to certain area for 5 years.

When you actually look at the situation the locals are not wrong. They just want to benefit from mining. PC was a very bad deal for them.

The sad thing is it took MB 6 years to bow to their demands and after wasting 10m in wages.

There is no issues with construction permit. If there was then heron 2 and Gobi would not be going ahead.

As you can see it's not up to the governor. They actually call a meeting to discuss.

Like I said if there was an issue it will be all over social media.

The governor has stopped the full granting of the land access due to overlapping land . Which is not PM fault.

He is begging for money from the government to carry out work to help local projects and he obviously wants the mining companies to contribute. He has no choice but to give this planning permit and benefit from the revenue

Remember he doesn't have the final say. He will be pressured by the people above.

Land access was stopped every year because of PM not agreeing to their terms.

The governor was just doing his job when he stopped PM in 2019. It was the fault of PM for not getting the local permit before drilling.

Its not up to one politician to decide PM permit.

For land access there was a meeting which was participated by all the politicians in Dorno.

If there is an issue here with the planning permit it would be all over social media.

The biggest hurdle was land access which has been resolved.

I think This permit should have been resolved at the same time as land access.

We had the plans ready to be submitted to construction planning committee.

PM could be turning over between $35/40m a year with two wells. After costs and MG share we should walk away with at least $10m profit a year.

It could even be more than $10m .

Cost of trucking to china facilities is around £1.5m max, based on 10 trucks a day.

If PC deal is not fruitful.

Not sure what the cost of small oil facilities is ,but once PM has few wells online and the refinery is up and running this will be very cost effective way to transport oil . Great for investors and the environment.

MB should actually highlight this in his next presentation/ video..This is a crucial part for investors.

PC deal is short term and even if it's a bad deal it will be for few years only.

Plan B would be transport to china by PM s own trucking operations.
