IMO the construction permit is a gimmick and MB probably didn't have a clue about this permit.

From the presentation it clearly states all approvals are in hand to continue the work in block 20.

The mining minister should override this and let the work continue.paperwork can be done at what ever stage

Construction permit in middle of an oil field is a joke

I see this as a good news as the new mining minister will intervene.

Similar thing took place in 2019 when the drill was stopped by the locals and mining minister gave it a go ahead

Yep 2024 is not going to happen. It's too close call hence the massive selling..
