This is a report posted on x by Dan.

It clearly states that facility will be build in block 20 and no transport will be required once the refinery is up and running. All wells will be connected via the pipeline. Which has been finished and is only less than 10 miles away from Heron 1.

This is very interesting part which I found in the Petro Matad report.

"In the future, when an integrated oil collection and refining facility is built and put into operation at the Matad XX field,

transportation by car from each well will stop. At the same time, oil refinery in Dornogovi province from "Toson-Uul XIX" and

"Tamsag XXI" fields.

Mb is playing us all. Local permit is definitely not an issue.

PC is not a problem. As there are other companies willing to take oil.

Remember before the raise. I said the locals had given permission and the SP shot up. He then did a 12pm RNS to down play and kill the SP. He clearly had an agenda and he bought £100k shares .

He is our problem. Not the governor or the MG.

I really don't think there are going to be any issues with the locals giving construction permit.

Its obviously in the oil fields 100 miles away from any inhabitants.no reason to refuse.

Even PC deal can not be difficult to agree on.

Along with the MMs ,MB is manipulating this.

He always shows a negative side to every RNS.

Work continues at heron 2.

Yesterday's satellite images shows work moving on at heron 2.

I think MB should just keep his gob shut and not release anymore RNS that will sink the SP.

Better we do our own research and post to support the SP.

Who has this many shares. To keep selling.

MB has been trusted by Petrovis. IMO they are making a big mistake by let him him lead this company.

He is not dedicated enough. He has had all winter to close the Pac deal. Plus this construction permit should have been resolved months ago.

Why wait.

Do you dig foundation before applying for a planning permission for a building. No it's done well in advance before you even appoint a contractor

Simple answer is we are led by bunch of amateurs. How the fk do they not have an idea about land access or construction permit.

Not sure why the construction permit was not organised . The land access was given in may/June.

If the market had news of PC deal only this would be over 3.50 . The rest the market knows.

The flow rates are excellent too. But no deal with PC means no sales. Unless he is negotiating with the other Chinese companies.

The only good news today was heron 1 flow rates.

It's becoming a complete joke now.

This is down simply because we do not have PC deal..

I can't see PC deal being a problem . The market needs confidence. MB should have at least let the investors know if the meeting took place in July or has it been delayed.

From my research no meeting has taken place .

Mining minister has only been appointed and definitely no meeting has taken place with the new minister.

I expect this to continue downwards till paperwork is signed. No matter how good news is without the right paperwork this is going no where.

I'm fed up with crappy management

Doc. This should have been sorted while they were doing f all over the past 6 years.

Sp is not climbing because the management are useless. It's been years and sadly they have not had the right paperwork signed. There's always something missing or is at advanced stage.

For this company to succeed we need to get rid of useless management. Like I have been saying for years.

This was 3.20 few weeks back on no positive news.

Constant manipulation with this share.
