Could be some or part of the evidence semnet have, im sure the last thing the defendants want or need is public scrutiny. Well done semnet for pushing aggressively for the high court and turning the taps on.
Trying to time the market is difficult no need for ramping or deramping. Buy/ Sell hold you decide but dont pay any attention to posters creating headlines encouraging you to buy. They want to sell out as their trade went wrong. So be mindful of their motives.
So the defendants have one day left to appeal the stay rejection. I'd imagine the registrar explained why the application was rejected on the grounds of being independent of the SPA. So that leaves the defendants with the advice from their legal representatives who would interpret the likelihood of winning an appeal or not and potential further cost awards if failed. The good news is the proceedings have already progressed past the case conference on the 4th June and shows the case is moving forward and supports any potential stay to appeal application that may subsequently arrive. So far so good. :)
