Its a directions hearing for the defence should list timetable.

I believe the defendants have up until the 9th to appeal the decision- however even if they appeal they have to make a separate application to the court to ask for a stay until appeal heard. Judges discretion on that front. He could just as easily say no the proceedings can continue along side the appeal.

Timetable for defense
