Looked my H&L account 900% up. Still 98 % loss. I just been sarcastic. But mcap is showing £183,000k after new shares. Not looking forward to the placement to come.

I can only see this company eventually delisting itself. Overall it really failing to deliver. To high risk and lack liquidity.

Customer Statement

Dear Sir/Madam,

We hereby inform you that, due to the need to adapt the Company's operations to the requirements of the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council on Markets in Crypto-assets (MiCA), Finferno sp. z o.o. has decided to change the scope of services provided.

Although the Company is authorized to provide services related to the trading of virtual currencies until June 30, 2026, a business decision has been made to suspend these services earlier in order to allow Clients the freedom to manage their accumulated funds.

1. Suspension of Services

As of April 15, 2026, Finferno sp. z o.o. will suspend all services related to trading in virtual currencies. This suspension will remain in effect for an indefinite period, until a MiCA license is obtained in Poland.

2. Ability to Withdraw Funds Before the Suspension of Crypto Services

Until April 14, 2026 (inclusive), Clients may withdraw the funds accumulated in their user accounts. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the applicable rules, including the standard withdrawal fees available at this page.

3. Rules After April 15, 2026

From April 15, 2026:

All crypto-asset funds accumulated in users' accounts will be converted into US dollars (USD) at the exchange rate effective on April 15, 2026. The USD funds will remain in the Client's account.

Finferno sp. z o.o. will discontinue crypto-asset deposit services.

The Company will only provide the possibility of withdrawing funds.

In order to safeguard Clients' funds, Finferno sp. z o.o. will appoint a trust company and/or asset management company responsible for the safekeeping of funds and the execution of withdrawals. The custodial institution will charge processing fees and account maintenance fees in accordance with its price list.

4. Personal Data of Account Users

After the withdrawal of funds, users' personal data will be processed only for the purpose of maintaining accounts in the system and fulfilling legal obligations, including archiving and tax requirements. Processing will be carried out in accordance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR.

5. If You Do Not Accept These Changes

If the above changes are not accepted, the Client has the right to withdraw all funds accumulated in the account and request closure of the account after all funds have been withdrawn.

6. Amendments to the Terms of Service

In connection with the above changes, the Terms of Service will be updated and will enter into force on April 15, 2026. The Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services will be published at https://assets.bake.io/docs/TNC.pdf.

The problem is one should never fall in love with stock. That been my mistake. I had opportunity to get out on the rise of 3.5. But like deluded lover i staid on believing the lies that everything was of going well. Your friend would warn you about infidelities but one would push back angrily at friends trying to help you. You known good friends when they still around after car wreck. At moment one will despise vehemently individual who are warning you about stock but there is a element of truth of what they saying and nags you conscious because one knows it to be true . NEVER FALL IN LOVE WITH A STOCK.

Let's be honest. How many of you invested in GST are really happy where share prices is today. Did you really think we would be this low in 2026. I get it there are hicups along the road. But did you think that share would be this low? Genuine question. Insults me later.

I was invested in kodal and Prem. Kodal is in Mali. Very politically unstable and Prem Africa is run by idiot. I both made little profit from them and then sold.
