You may be right there Sage. Although he's "Refreshingly Mad" , rather than "Narcissistic and Nastily Mad" - like Trump. Met him once in the early days and he was a really nice bloke - had a touch of the IK Brunel's about him I thought. (not the Bass Player from the Stranglers). Needs to ditch the 19 year Old Mad Girlfriend though - perhaps he shud get together with Madonna, who is Husbandless at the moment, for some reason - bet they'd get on really well ! (oh, hang on.........).
I wish him well, but Absolute Power Always Corrupts Absolutely , as they say - without exception. (look at JP Getty).

You are absolutely correct on Kosovo. The last time I was there, it was in the back of a FAA Lynx Helicpopter, , with a large 30mm MG in the back. And even then, it didn't feel that safe.
Terrible decision by Kurt, who is clearly trying to diversify the Company away from the totally failed Kallak project, but is buying into something he quite clearly hasn't got a clue about. (like Graphite too).
Sell Kallak to LKAB and get out. Then pay a Special Dividend to Shareholders and wind up the company. Finland is a non starter. That is my message, for all those not wearing the pink spectacles, and with ear plugs in.

Thanks Matrix for the Clarity on CB Mergers (or lack of them) and the SS.
That is very good news.
Suspect AMS are doing everything they can to get the SS out, as they are a "Pukka company", as the dreaded Jamie Oliver might say !
Concur with everything in Oiltap's last post.

"By Xmas" according to Laurence Read.
Bit of Hanky Panky Spanky by MM's today I think , to loosen up a few weak holders and those on margin.
Overall, Global mining stocks are still pants too and NOBODY can raise money in the IPO mkts at present - so it's "hang on to your cash", if you've still got some !

Thanks Prickly. I took the liberty of gaining access to the same prezzo data, which was very useful, and most of it, I didn't know about.
I think that LR & CB are trying to approach the unlocking of Mankayan in the same way as they have with EUZ, i.e. using a bit of intelligence, to open up the access and learn new things about the asset, by using existing data and coresheds and thus not spending a vast amount of money.
I also suspect that somewhere along the line, that Lepanto, Goldfields and the Far South East Deposit will come into play again, as this is right next door to Mankayan and would enable whoever ends up owning the whole shebang to create a World Class Copper/Gold "Supermine" - which will be welcome in the new age which Elon Musk is bringing to fruition. (if he dusnt go mad or have a heart attack first !). Whether that "someone" who buys the whole lot is either of the 2 aforementioned parties, however, is in doubt. It could just as easily be Samsung or Shell or BMW ?
Just my take on it, but, as they say - you have to be in it , to win it, and, like EUZ , I think that the SP will do another "Slingshot", when the right FS/BFS/FTAA news comes along. Nobody rings a bell at the share price bottom.

So Ed, do you still think that I am talking rubbish about Kallak, as you said yesterday after Kurt's little "interview" today ? I f I am "Wrong", as you state, I have been "Wrong" since the share price was 50p. Perhaps if I was "right" it might go back up there again ?
IBJJ is completely correct. Kallak's will be sold to LKAB for not very much money shortly and KB & his merry men, will go searching for Gold & Copper in the low risk, and not at all Mafia - Infested region of Kosovo ! I envisage an excellent outcome for all shareholders - if I am "Right". (or is that "Wrong" ?).
The better option might be to take the money from LKAB, pay a Special Dividend to Shareholders , then wind BEM up and say "Good Riddance", but I very much doubt if that will happen. perhaps we should also get Kurt Wallender to complete the LKAB transaction - he had Dementia in the end , after all.

I guess it gives them some "optionality" if Toral dusnt work out, Johnson, but I really do hope they keep it "Clean" and at full arms length from the likes of Galileo, Jubilee & Xtract Res, all of which look pretty pants to me, compared to EUZ. I had enough of "Counterparty related transactions" with that total beatch Melissa Sturgess (Dwyka Diamonds) - none of which worked out well for ANY shareholders - except herself.
I know that LR & MC read this BB, so lets hope that message gets through , loud & clear !!

Typical Teeling Tripe. RNS so vacuous & opaque and with so many interchangeable variables that it is impossible to work out who owns what of whom and what the Royalty streams may or may not be.
Simply Words & Wind, seen it so many times with these Teeling Companies, - just say something, make it look impressive yet underneath, there's nothing really happening. It's also "happening" today with CLON & PET (2 other Telling Cos, huge move on no news, but a small rumour and the price up 32% . only to be sold into heavily the next day, to take everything back to square one.
Be very careful folks if you dare to venture into these shark-infested waters ! They are usually followed by a Fund Raise. Seen it SO many times before.

I'd never actually heard of African Pioneer , but see that it is a £1m mkt cap, IOM Regd company, with an Investment Brief in African Resource Plays, via Equity or Debt Ownership.
The Exec Chairman is one Colin Bird, who also has 37 Other Directorial Relationships, according to Bloomberg !!
I guess that is all part of his overall Investment in EUZ and adds to explanation as to why the JSE listing didn't get cancelled ! Dusn't give me a particularly "warm" feeling below the plimsoll line, I must admit !
IMHO. DYOR GLA.
Sadly Bricks, JSE is now completely irrelevant to EUZ share price.
The only reason the Company haven't closed the listing is becos it was too expensive to close, due to the exorbitant exit fees demanded by the JSE.
Ditto ASX really, all of the meaningful trade is now in UK: either on Aim or NEX. One wonders why the Company dusn't delist from the ASX and re-register the company in the UK, which would make more sense, but I guess there are cost issues there too. Perhaps that will happen when Toral is proven to be the mighty behemoth that it undoubtedly is !!

OK. £30m mkt cap for a company with no revenue, little cash and 3 Exploration-Stage projects which are years away from revenue generation , and a BOD without any experience in mining or even finding Graphite - yes that sounds like a recipe for success, I should think ?
These shares deserve a current mkt cap of no more than £5m, which wud set them on a par with their similarly developed peer group. i.e. 1p per share.
You wud hav to be wearing Dame Edna's Specs to think otherwise.
IMHO. DYOR.
Yeppy, duz look rather like a Placing, although I don't know that for a fact.
Strange though, as that wud mean that the £1m cash that was there at the end of June 2018 , in the Interims, has largely all gone, which I see as highly unlikely, given that they aren't drilling at Mankayan at present and I don't think that a lot is happening at Eureka either. All I can see is LR whizzing around the World in a jet, but I cant see even that having dissolved £1m notes in 4 months ?
Just more sellers than buyers, I think, and peeps moving on.
IMHO. DYOR. GLA.
Not me !
Yep, and ALL 3 trough-feeding Kinnocks, Father, Mother & Son. Amazing, so we're certainly not "Welshist".
Still, they'll have to get a proper job after 29th March 2019 - along with that odious little turd Mandelson !
IMHO. DYOR. GLA.
But they have hardly any cash and the mine is still shut and not producing revenue.
How is that situation going to reverse itself without a further drawdown, or fundraising, or outright sale of the Sapphire mine ?
IMHR. DYOR.
You may well be correct Bricks. Recent historical precedence has shown that many junior mining cos with a decent asset have always been shafted by their mining/ funding partners at the last minute, so why go down that route ? Take Dalradian (DALR), as a recent case in point and Duluth metals in Canada 3 yrs ago.
Was reading about the (relatively ) small Scotgold Mine (SGZ) at Cononish the other day, which they managed to fund privately with another well-heeled individual, who took a major controlling interest in the company. Wonder if that's what is going on here - esp if they could sell the Silver credits forward, as a further source of Capex funding ?
It wud make sense and you wudnt hav to give yor shirt away to the likes of Lundin etc.
