But they are not going to give up, because they are Shameless. Seen it so many times before in people like this - especially amongst Irish "Businessmen".(look at all of Dr Teeling's Companies) They will keep it going till they cant raise any more capital and it will just go bust, or change into a Dublin-Based Pizza Restaurant or something ! They saw off the last attempted Boardroom Coup and will do so again.

He may not have a choice Eric, the Company is about to run out of money - again - and I wudn't want to be raising capital in the current Global Capital mkts. They are dire. Even a legal case against the inept Swedish Govt is going to cost big money, with no guarantee of success.
Offload Kallak and try to develop Finland & Kosovo would seem to be the only choice. The Sami , with their patient delaying tactics have played a blinder really.

Look at virtually every junior miner and oiler today, they are all in the dumps, thanks to Trump the Chump.
Won't last forever. Never does. EV's are coming whether Trump wants them , or not. And that means Copper, Zinc, Nickel Cobalt & Lithium are all needed in spades, though never seen the attraction of Gold as an asset myself. The World is changing - but most people don't yet "Get" what the magnitude of that change is going to be - especially in the 3rd World Country called the United Kingdom - where, these days, we cudnt run a pee-up in a brewery.
IMHO DYOR, GLA.
It's just the Macro picture at present, everything going down - thanks to "Trump the Chump" - talk about shooting yourself in the foot !!
Junior Miners & oilers are all toast at present - which won't last forever - even for Stevens49, the Professional Troll.

To put both Hzm projects into context, including all Opex, capex & mine financing costs , even with Ni price @ $12000/ tonne, Hzm shud be able to throw off 3p per share per annum of Special Divs over a 28 Yr mine life & assuming a 20% share to Hzm after the JV. Sounds OK to me. IMHO. DYOR.
Mmm. nickel Mountain, Sold to Archelon AB, has 340m tons Ni , a partially nationalised swedish co, as Suzy says. Are you getting the read thru, for BEM & Kallak & how its going to pan out ( no pun intended) in the end ? IMHO. DYOR. GLA.
Reading through articles on the undermentioned, we are clearly now somewhere near the inflection point for the hyperbolic move in Nickel Demand, and the corresponding effect that this will have on Global Prices. Ditto for Cobalt. Recent Wood Mac articles have corroborated this view.

In the news recently that Northvolt are building a brand new Giga Battery Plant @ Skelftea in Northern Sweden, to produce Lithium -Ion Batteries of up to 32GWH per annum. This is to rival the ones that Tesla has built and is still building. That's a lot of battery storage - equiv of 32 Nuclear Reactors' out put per annum & shows why Ni supplies likely to dwindle and price go up (as opposed to down, as permanently predicted by Steven49, et al).
They also need Cobalt for the Batteries, - and , ahem, isn't that what HZM have at Vermelho ?
Good to see Directors have got the message about buying shares, Bill Fisher Buying in Canada and the other UK guys in the UK - well done I say. And of course, they will know what the 2nd line at Araguia will add already , together with a pretty good insight as to who is interested in the project. Believe me, they wudnt have put their own money in, had it just been the usual "Exploration Potential" which most other Aim Junior Miners sadly are.

Nope - there isn't any Graphite in a Lithium -Ion battery which Northvolt will be manufacturing. Its either Lithium Cobalt or Lithium Nickel Cobalt, with some using Manganese Iron as well, but never graphite - same as the Tesla Batteries, which look as though they will be the benchmark batteries for the Massive Global ramp-up in EV production.
That's why a few sensible miners are now looking for good Nickel and Cobalt projects, or have already found them e.g. HZM.
Good news for the economy of northern Sweden though, although it IS in an established town and not really in Reindeer - Land, with all the usual "Greenie" stuff attached to it.

The way I look at CGNR is that there may well be a significant Gold Deposit at Clontibret , after all its been found by GAL & DALR & SGZ, along the same trend system.
Problem is that this company has always been under-capitalised and had a non-dynamic management team who were happy to talk all about the wonderful things they were going to do, but not actually get out there , drill lots of holes and properly define the resource once and for all, with a serious budget.
Needs a brand new Management team (preferably under the age of 60) who can raise a decent slug of drilling money then get out on site and get on with it, not just some ineffective soil sampling, geophys or channel sampling !
I can understand the Prof holding onto his majority shareholding, but for goodness sake, please step back and get a new management team in before the onset of the next Ice Age. Who knows Prof, it may even make you some decent money ?!

You make a good and valid point re: Lisheen Brentharg, and indeed you could also apply that to Tara and Galmoy, both also in Ireland.
The metal (s) are clearly in the ground at AYM, and the whole area looks like a lunar landscape of historical mining debris so there shudnt be any environmental problems. The big problem is that Management don't appear to have a clue how to take the project forward , or to obtain the finance to do so and don't appear to be asking for anyone's help to achieve these 2 things either - result, total stalemate.
We really need a completely new BOD, with the dynamism and experience to take the project forward, or, if they wont resign, then sell it on to the likes of Boliden or Lundin Mining , both of which have substantial global zinc operations, and let them take it forward. Either way, the current situation is not going to result in any progress for shareholders for the foreseeable future, and there will be yet more Placings.
Quite frankly, I could do a better job than the current AYM management team, for probably half the cost.

Perhaps Theresa MayNot , shud ask Donald Trump to become the new Brexit Secretary.
It wud probably go something like "Donald Tusk, we're leaving, so **ck you and goodbye". Raises middle digit to Mr Tusk.
Worth a thought ? Cudn't be much worse than now !
Having completed this task successfully, Mr Trump cud then be asked to negotiate with the Xenophobic, Socialist , tree-hugging Swedes, with whom he has so much in common, about a small and largely irrelevant Iron Ore Deposit in Northern Sweden. It wud probably go something like "give us the mining concession or I'm going to sue your herring eating, aquavit quaffing, Abba loving, face off - Goodbye".

Directors buying stock with their own money, in the market - wots not to like ? And not just one Director either, several.
It says "I have faith in my own company and my interests are aligned with shareholders". Good news all round, despite the peevish comments of the moaning few.
LO's actions and Nickel Prices are NOTwithin the control of the BOD. Their own actions to buy shares ARE - and they needn't have done it - but they did.

Seems as though the Nomad & Broker advised the Company wrongly about the ipo price, by a large margin. But they will still charged their fees ! Trouble is, there has been virtually No buying & really very little news to light the fires. Looking increasingly like it shud hav stayed as a Private Company. As FS says, ADP has a herculean task to get it moving & on PR. Lets hope that Sligo had some decent underground results to come & that Centero find some Gold ( & copper ?), in them thar Swedish hills ! ImHO . DYOR.
I have said several times before that CLON & most of the Teeling companies are simply shams, that recirculate assets with counterparty related transactions, whilst carrying out endless Placings with PI's (note no Institutions) to keep these 3 or 4 companies alive and the Directors in the manner to which they have become accustomed. (quite well).
I mean Pan Andean Resources, used to be a separately listed Aim Company , with assets in Bolivia, that then packed up and delisted, having found nothing, anywhere, and now it has apparently "Found" Lithium in Bolivia and, a few years later, those assets are re-vested into Clontarf & Petrel, for a second trip. You couldn't make it up - it's just nonsense.
IMHO. DYOR. GLA.
That is correct Trellis, you are on the right track. The Nomad HAS to answer your question as shareholders pay their (And the BOD's) wages, not the other way round.
If the worst came to the worst, then the EGM would propose one thing alone: the removal of the entirety of the current BOD, to be replaced by Directors of Shareholders recommendation, who are prepared to do a better job.
The endless promises of "Jam Tomorrow" for this Company and continuous "Shiily Shallying", cannot go on. We need concrete answers.
