VOBM1 has been completed and tested. One well that actually worked. Shut in since then. Start production in January 2016????????????? Money made at 1500BOED @ $10 per barrel. $13 million to PANR. I am a drilling guy not a businessman but that is ludicrous.

I was there as well right in the front asking how they were going to drill Tyler centre basin. Wrong answer from Jay to me. Through Wilcox and Navarro. **** me they can not drill either never mind get to Eagleford.

Was anyone at that meeting? Has anything happened since?

How can they get to where they should be? I have spoken to another big holder and the opinion is WAIT. For what, something that should have been done 3 years ago? I am lucky this does not affect my life. Otherwise ALL the big holders here should be calling for something??? I do not mean Jays head as I have met him. He is as sincere as you meet anyone. I have written them an e mail 1 week ago offering my services again to drill Tyler centre basin. They (Jay and Justin ) Have not had the decency to reply?????

GG That is the problem there is nothing in the pipelines worth talking about. How is anything going to change by end 2018? We have done zero in 8 months apart from **** up everything attempted. I do not blame Jay on the whole but he should have been looking at Vision and what they were doing with our money. Very ****ed off and can not see me getting my average back. By the way I can not afford to get my average down to even 40p. Would cost about 200k.

Thank everyone in the world that Vision do not drill this. If you go back 10/11 years and see what happened when this was first drilled. That was the reason why I bought this share. I was an instructor on well control at the time they blew the well. Technology has changed but has Texan drillers changed??? This is an 18,000 psi reservoir. As I said at the Agm how are they going to get there? Jay said through Wilcox and Navarro? Stupid idea. Will run out of casing by end again!!!!!. The only reason of going through them is in case it ****s up they have back up . Need to go back about 3 years ago and drill the same area where the unexpected(probably Wilcox) and Visions young gun ****ed the well up with overweight mud.

We should have been self funding last year. The amount of mistakes made in operations is unforgivable. I have warned for years on the mistakes before they happened. I am not pre-cognisant I am an oil man and proud to be one. Too many basic errors. I am coming to the point now of not caring what they do next because nothing is fast enough for me. What Jay is saying and what they do is another thing completely. If I was a 50/50 partner in anything and I had knowledge of the business I would at least demand for the daily drilling reports. As soon as they hire a rig there is a report every morning sent to all involved. Just pick up the phone and say WHY are we doing that?

I have drilled a 4 well subsea template in the North Sea in 450 feet of water in a year. Hooked up the pipeline in 6 months for 30 miles. Do you not see what I am getting at? Can you understand my frustration?

I bought my first shares here about 10 years ago for about this price????? An average of 18p sounds good but should never be at that price. I have said for years Vision has had too much control as operator. Now everyone is waking up to the fact. I just hope it is not too late. Severely ****ed off. How does it take years to put a well on line on land in Texas????????????

Sitting listening to Tracey Chapman Sorry. I think we deserve an apology as well. I hope Mr Beetham can pull something out of the bag. An EGM may not be a bad idea. To get back to my average of 70p seems a long way away. 90% of this was avoidable IMO. Actually disgraceful how this has been done and no-body seems to worry about the way they have conducted themselves. Experienced oilmen???? The last RNS promised a lot but it takes them years to deliver. December AGM. What has been done since then. Still do not have Tyler online. 2 1/2 YEARS SHUT IN. Are we going to have the same problems when we open it up?
I am not happy at all but am committed. Really need to get their finger out.

I really like Jay as well. The problem has always been how much he actually knows and what Vision have done. Some people I know have made it to the top of the drilling industry 30 years ago and have no clue. Very RELATIVE made.
Was he one? Did his father run an oil company? There is a big gap between his age and experience! I started at 19,
I am 54 this month. Been retired 3 years so that gives me 35 years because I am still thinking????

There is no Hatchet to bury. Jay is a Christian and when he gets an e-mail titled WTF just happened, from me he no longer replies???? He is probably as ****ed off but can not show it. He let Vision drilling department do all this devastation. As said many years ago by myself a lot of this from Vision was Jobs for the boys especially when jobs were scarce. If anyone reading this and do not know who I am read my posting history from the beginning!!!

Thanks again for the confidence in me. I am quite happy doing nothing( just bought a boat). BUT as I have always said would love to drill Tyler Eaglestone. BUT as said before the Americans know what they are doing when drilling a well???? So far they have done a splendid job of drilling and completing wells and getting them to production and fruition??? If they hired me now instead of 3 years ago would be a huge embarrassment. People do not like that when they know what they are doing?

Much to my huge disappointment I have called a lot of things right for years now. Do PANR LISTEN. NO. The things they have done with these well is really about as unprofessional as you could get. This is not as difficult as it seems to most. It is basic geology(drill to maximum mud weight and set casing), basic hydrostatics and competency. I do not have the lithology charts, the pressure charts or anything else BUT to me it is easy to see what is happening. With all the info they have how can they **** up every time? They do not speak to me anymore. AGM this year probably can not afford it due to the debacle so far.

Well finally they might hire their own drill team. They will have to find at least 6 guys for the first well they drill and design. Good as I hope they hire the right guys for the centre basin in Tyler. Vision as I have said many times were not capable of drilling this reservoir with the personnel they had. We will have to wait as usual for probably another year at the rate they are doing anything at the moment. December AGM was a long time ago and little delivered again. The well in Tyler has now been shut in for 2 1/2 years. Remember the damage done the last time this happened???? It is ridiculous that this is still ongoing. Self induced problems for sure.

Once all is on site, Hook up to the tree. Pressure test the lines and when ready to go, with all the fluids ready, pump the water and then the water/proppants. It should be a fast and steady operation all in one go chasing after the other. Have not done one for many years but is very fast when ready. The actual pumping in a well of this bore 6/12 hours. Then flow and clean up of flow to somewhere. Then hook up to plant. Do we need a completion? That is the next question I can not remember if there is one in there. I do not think so. Correct me if I am wrong.

Hopefully all is fracced by now. Then clean up. Problem is yet again as far as I can see there is no completion. Unless they are going to flow the well through casing and hook up like that I do not know. If we need a completion we need a workover rig and going by past history how long will that take. If no completion we could be producing by end of week as the pipeline will be easy to hook up and into the system. It would be great if we got the well on line by end of month and Polk at full capacity shortly after???? Wishful thinking as usual.
