Yes, milestone payments will take a while, but the SP of a stock should reflect its potential. I guess on the small caps that is rarely true. I also wouldn't say $3.5 (on top of the loan) is "only"; it's actually a considerable amount. How they can continue to allude to a placing with $6m of recent finance is what raises an eyebrow for me

Seriously though, was was the market cap before the rns- about £7.5m? That is the sort of RNS dreams are made of, could have been 1000% in a day, yet you're sitting at 50% or so, AIM is Botha fickle and untrustworthy place. So many lies and smokescreens then even when you get a dream RNS, the share gets played to ruin the private incestor

I don't own here, but have watched since that RNS the other day, seems very odd a small cap who released an RNS like that could be falling so much so shortly afterwards, in fact I'm surprised it did "only" 150% the other day. I'm wondering if shares are being forward sold, before a placing further down the line to allow the buyer to have a larger share of the up to 200m down the line.

The whole thing looks a bit fishy given the $3.5 initial payment, coming so shortly after a £2.5 loan (read placing); surely they were in talks about the sale of pan-inhibitor prior to this. On top of this they are already talking about requiring longer term funding(?) despite the milestone payments in the future.

Will be interesting to see if Redx have the current shareholders interests at heart, and publish more detailed information on the deal, or if they are playing a bit dumb to allow a cheap placing.

So calculated sold out in the last couple of days. Everyone is entitled to sell and buy as they wish, but only the select few are snakey enough to hang about after they've done it and completely change their comments from positive to negative - normally means wanting to buy back in for fear of missing out.

No one has said that 20p was the transfer price.

I can't see how his sale undermines HVO, its nothing to do with them - his belief is being replaced by someone else's belief - the only difference is he is desperate to sell all of his stocks and is a distressed seller, whereas Jupiter are not. Therefor you are having someone sell who presumably doesn't want to, and having someone buy who does - if anything, it re-enforces belief in HVO, it doesn't lessen it.

I don't think Woodford *really* cares that much what price he gets, it's a relatively small holding compared to his other assets, it's not his money, and his reputation is already in tatters.

Its worth noting that the most recent update to HVO website list of holdings had woodford at 29.15%; 24,173,760 total shares

The total now of his remaining holding (15,635,064) and Jupiter's new holding (9,238,696) is 24,603,760 so he had increased even closer to 30% than the HVO websites suggests at 1st April.
