Lejjb, the time a trade is published is not necessarily the time it was excuted. The mms have published countless trades after hours on a negative day to make them look like buys when in fact they are lower than nearly any price that day except the last 30minutes or so

It's rare that I think a placing is good news but honestly think this is great. The ONLY worry I had was having the finances to grow enough to become self sufficient, and that has been solved today.

They is not even close to enough liquidity here for him to sell out of on the open market. He will either hold, or have to find an institution to buy his share directly from him. On top of that realistically they will look through each holding and pick which ones to sell. Kier and the likes will go long before HVO does in its transformational year ahead

Market makers will take 2x the amount they will sell at the moment; I don;t see the uptrend ending anytime soon. If we can get past the psychological limit at 10.00, then who knows where on to.

Good to see some of the names that were here at the start, still around. So nice to be in this uptrend after taking a personal hammering on EQT. Long may it continue

It's very possible the seller cleared yesterday, and today has just been spooked PIs like myself. Do you have any reason to think they have "just" cleared?

To me it looks like a distressed seller, I completely don't agree that is short selling, I don't think anyone would get 62million deep in to a share like eqtec (unless they knew a placing was coming that they could buy them back with). There is no realistic positive spin to out on this, so it's simply a case of being brave and holding, trying to catch the bounce, or selling out.

It's such a minute reframe that I don't think you can read much in to the buying now; traders, bots, people who sold out higher and feel now's a good time to get back in. I will buy back if a truly convincing RNS comes to explain what's happened here, or a contract. Otherwise I will run the risk of missing out on the bounce Vs going bankrupt

Adam, I'm not sure if you need a trading 101 to understand whether trades are buys or sells, but as a really simplified rule, if the price is lower than the one before then it's a sell. The buy and sell column are completely meaningless. The only meaningful buys have come recently at 43 and 44

Adam, there have been vastly more sells today, i am doing pretty much constant dummy trades and only really the recent 0.43s have been buys, ~everything prior to that was a sell

Im not sure that would be the case, the insider trading would be too obvious if an RNS came now to say the funding had been withdrawn

I think the background sell for today was put in at 0.45 but the market is so spooked that the selling has gone beyond that.

Genuine question: what are the market makers doing with all these sabres they are taking on? Pretty much Every trade today has been a sell! I know they have to create a market but don't days like this worry even them?
