In summation HVO have approached big Pharmas and given their view on what phase 3 trials should look like, and they have big pharmas have said "why do it that way", so they are now pursuing a meeting with FDA and EMA to get THEIR view on how phase 3 trials should be run, in order to go back to the pharmas and say either "this is why" or "you were right, FDA says to do it this way instead".

So it reads like they have around £6.7 in cash at present, £4m cash at 30th June, £2.4 R&D tax credit refund on 4th September 2019, and a positive cash flow between end June and start of September ("As at 30 June 2019, the Group had cash and cash equivalents of £4.0 million and net current assets of £3.1 million. As at 6 September 2019 the Company's cash balance had increased to £4.3 million with net inflows of £0.3 million through that date.")

Today has given such a good opportunity for a minority to get in on the cheap, it's frustrating. The company is in a far far better place than when it was last at these prices, the RNS is actually very impressive asode from the contract cancellations and even with those we are STILL on course for profitability in 2020

As has been said in numerous interviews, it will never be just one vaccine, there is a somewhat mutual effort to bring multiple solutions to market within the industry.
