Trevor just doesn't have the fight in him nor the financial interest to bother to say no or push for a better deal. A competing bid certainly a possibility although I think a merger at a very poor offer is preferential to a buy out at a less poor but still not great, price

Yes, it's not a good deal for Hvo In my opinion, Orph could easily have seen the lack of volume and short sold even just a few shares to bring the price down here for a take

Literally free money right now to buy hvo before the merger, mm should have opened it higher but I guess we know they are sitting on a lot of shares

I agree, these months have made no sense to me at all, I just don't get where all the shares are going, I just felt like whatever it is going on is never going to be to our benefit. Does anyone know if there is scope for MMs to pass share trades amongst themselves to make it look like selling is going on and encourage other sells, whilst they fill a buy order somewhere? Just wild speculation on my part but I can't of any other legitimate reason why so many shares would be taken on by MMs themselves

Interesting, Kingshott. I wonder if the figures are correct. If ebioss hasn't notified EQT of selling, then they wouldn't change the figures. In fact if they DID change the figure it would be proof they are purposefully with holding TR1 information. Did the other figures change at all to justify where we are now?

I see ebioss snuck through another 15 million yesterday. Someone should crunch some figures for the big sells over the last year to come up with some sort of guesstimate as to how much they might have left. It might actually be worth buying once they have exited in full

Precisely what I'm wondering, and have been for a while. MMs do not take on this many shares over this prolonged period. there have been many 10s of million more sells than buys, perhaps up in the 100Ms, so where are they all going?
