In answer the other question, I think all retail 4.5m was in the first tranche so they will definitely be honoured

So assuming the second tranche representing 60% of the total raise is approved on 11th June, do they have to stick with the 11p price or can they choose a different price when the time comes?

I'm not entirely convinced good news is about to come out, else would CF wait to fundraise til AFTER that to minimise dilution?

Primary bid can't go striaght 5o ISA for tax reasons, would need to go to a shares account then bed and ISA afterwards

I have to say, Cathal may be one of the best Chairman/CEOs I've known on AIM. I hope he follows through creating a spin off company for the lottery tickets, will be nice to hold on to that dream while the real company gets sold further down the line.

Lets hope Cathal can get himself and us that special dividend for selling off Flu-v (despite saying it would stay as a HVO spin off vehicle then quickly deleting that interview(!) )
