Im OK with them. Profit is down on the expect £179m @ £140m, but completions only down 37% with a record order book and strong demand. Also dividends back next year.

Redrow warned in July that full-year profit for this year would be “substantially below” 2019 as a result of a decline in sales caused by the lockdown. Peel Hunt cut its profit forecast for the housebuilder by 56 per cent to £179 million. Galliford Try is expected to report a pre-tax annual loss after site closures and reduced productivity caused by social distancing requirements reduced revenue in the final quarter. Yes Sam its the total liabilities @$5343m, however last year was 5099 but prior to that all previous years well up 6651, 7144, 7310 etc

Net debt is actually down on last year despite more liabilities @$404m, which is a third of the 2016 figure

Ammu there are 2 x massive order of volume 260,000 sat on the book at 135 so we've bounced off that causing an intraday reversal

They're mainly operating on fear and when the mist clears that the debts are manageable the vultures will disperse
