Well the Board are happy with 373, being an all share offer the value will fluctuate as The Mondi shareprice fluctuates.

In this situation any Company, Institution has to declare their shareholding over 1% within a few days of the offer being made public.

So they are existing shareholdings, which they may have held for years, not new buys.

They are delayed reported trades, i.e. taken place during trading hours but reporting delayed until after market closed.

TRINID Do some research on how these figures are are Compiled and you will find they are purely guesstimates, so are in effect meaningless.

The buys/sells you see are computer generated guesses based on the mid price at the time the trade is reported so can and often are incorrect. Bigger trades are often delayed so that throws the system even more.

Unknown trades are when the computer cannot figure it out at all.

Also every trade is a buy and sell, someone has to sell to make shares available to buy, and vice versa.

Hence they so often wrong they are barely worth looking at.
Demand greater than supply, price goes up and vice versa.
