Avion is a private company, not publicly listed. I cannot find details of the ownership structure.

Bonneville, who are the parent company, if there is one and where do you get your information from?

I think the problem with Avion is they simply do not have the funds to get involved with this.

Their turnover in 2024 was only £11mill, this is way out of their league.

Probably at the time IMM got involved with them it was the only company who were interested, but they have not and do not have the funds to

progress it any further.
