Don't Canmax have the option to buy a proportion of any newly issued shared, to keep their stake at 13.3%, to keep the offtake agreement? Whilst it's all in the air at the moment, I'm not sure this is null and void and can never be maintained.

Err, no, that's not the case. The stuff produced so far, was mainly produced before the UV sorter and hydrosizer was installed. These are still being optimised and a new mill is still to be installed. Once optimised and the RHA mill is commissioned, the correct grade should be pumping out at SC6 levels at 50% value until the new mill is commissioned on 12-14 weeks. The 50% at SC6 is imminent. By the end of the year 125% label throughput should be possible.

If you listened to the GR interview, the stuff which can be put back through the floatation circuit to improve grade is due to mica content, which is mainly there as PH levels weren't monitored or controlled properly during floatation. Tightening of PH monitoring and UV sorter and Hydrosizer, should vastly improve the SC concentration of the end product.

What they're putting back through floatation is only the stuff they've produced so far, which isn't up to scratch.

The upgraded machinery is still being optimised and the new temporary mill from RHA is en route to fill in the gap waiting for the new unit, which could 3 months yet.

The expect 50% production at target level imminently, from what I took.

Dazed... Do you really think the Chinese would be in for 13% stakeholding and $34M, if they'd not done an independent analysis of what's in the ground, to see if SC6 is viable? Give over.

Either way. Stark are all hands on deck trying to make it right and appear to be charging no more for this extra effort and machinery. When running as it should, this should make the plant more productive and efficient than the original design remit. The Stark CTO is still on site for weeks yet, to make sure it all goes well.

Jaglith. Whilst waiting for the new Ball Mill, they're currently in the process of moving a Rod Mill from RHA as an interim measure to help break down wet feed from the primary mill. This was quite clearly stated in the interview.

This offtake is at what price per ton? I can't see why GR would let them have 50% of the mined SC6 Spodumene for free, for only 13% ownership. Half the end product for owning around 1/8th of the company? That can't be right. So who determines the price they can buy the guaranteed offtake at?

GR wasn't on site at Zulu for this "Zoom or whatever" interview. He clearly stated he returned to his office early Saturday AM, where he has decent Internet and phone.

Stark are in charge of this plant upgrade, calibration. Let them do their job.

You can't just phone a mobile 80KM from the nearest town and I can't see GR being an expert of VOIP telecoms, somehow.

There is also another mill being decommissioned from RHA to go to Zulu to help the process. Once the plant is optimised, it should be pushing out more that we were originally told. Patience.

The plant is in a phase of run, stop, measure, recalibrate, run. There will be lo landlines and being 80KM from the nearest town, I suspect zero mobile coverage.

The only chance they will have out there will be satellite broadband running VOIP, if companies like Starlink are covering that area AND support VOIP telecoms.

Some here are so desperate to look at negatives, they avoid the plainly obvious. It comes as no surprise that you post on here and KOD.

Also, the talk abut phones... Well it's in the middle of nowhere and extremely unlikely that a phone lien has been ran all the way there. With regards to mobile coverage, don't forget these need a connection to the larger phone network too. I wouldn't be surprised if there was no mobile signal there either. People forget It's 80KM from the nearest proper large village or town.

There was talk of an 18 hour continuous run, so they can't be that far off now. I believe some new testing equipment has just been put in to test Lithium percentage too, so this will be invaluable.
