This is what doesn't make sense with the supposed early sale dates in the RNS, if indeed they were the actual dates sold not just transferred to the intermediate broker. The sale on 31/7/23 lists .40p, Google says .52p on that day. Or 2/8/23, RNS says sold for .405p, Google says SP was .49. I know there's daily fluctuation, but that's quite a difference. It would be interesting to see the exact time of apparent sale and SP at that time. Either way, why release an RNS saying loan to be increased, on 9/8/23, a week AFTER the last batch of shares were apparently transacted, 2/8/23? The dates just don't make sense. Why announce a £300K increase of the loan, apparently AFTER all shares were sold anyway?
