I'm surprised about the RUS rumour as he said himself, that what's in the ground is very high quality now they're through the weathered top layer and the previous survey of what's in the ground is still relevant now and won't have changed since then.

This share should more than double at the first shipment, which is a very achievable 8-9 weeks away.

It has nothing to do with views I like or dislike. My dislike is the utter nonsense and made up character assassinations being spouted on here by clear de-rampers and people not even invested in Prem.

None of us fully understand the sale dates listed for GR's shares. We don't know if that's when they were realised or whether this is when GR transferred them to a broker to sell. One thing is for sure. if those dates are actually the sale dates. then why on Earth would Prem release and RNS AFTER all were already sold, stating the load was going to be £2M not £1.7M, when the broker and GR would already know how much they sold for? It makes no sense unless those dates were not actually the dates they were sold to market and just the dates GR transferred them to the broker who charged a lot of money to sell them on GR's behalf.

As it happened, the SP dropped, not because GR sold all those shares to fund the loan, it dropped because of the fear mongering that he was about to sell shares, that had already been sold. GR did everything in his power to not affect the SP, as the rules tell him to. Unfortunately, many on social media made sure it dropped anyway.

Upwards from here on in now hopefully. Sorry for those who cashed out and are now trying to push the share price down to short it or get back in.

Smiler..... And it's precisely the threat of being prosecuted for insider trading, that stopped GR announcing the sales, handing them to a broker to process and also why my understanding is he'll only get back the same number of shares he had to sell.

The SP is more likely to go up than down from here on in, with seemingly the install of the RHA mill now the only thin holding the plant back. If it were actually based on monetary value, GR will most likely lose out on this interest free loan he's gifted Prem.

ASSuming the SP goes down? If it goes up, he could get less shares back than he sold, going by sone of the nonsense being spouted on here.

It's not how I see it. I see it that he will be paid back the same number of shares he sold out of his own pocket, to provide interest free cash to keep the business you're invested in, afloat.

Maybe until the facts are know, this hatchet campaign of hate and insinuations based on pure guesswork, could be put to one side?

I'm not sure I understand this smear campaign against GR. First people were annoyed that he didn't pre warn you all of when he was going to sell the shares, then you found out it had already happened, so the SP wasn't due another tumble, now you're targeting his for giving an interest free loan to the company you're invested in, to keep the leccy on.

It sounds to me that a large investor or group of private investors have cashed out and are now desperately trying to cause waves to bring the SP down to get back in, knowing the Sp will rise from here, with the shares already sold and cash already in Prem's hands.

This is what doesn't make sense with the supposed early sale dates in the RNS, if indeed they were the actual dates sold not just transferred to the intermediate broker. The sale on 31/7/23 lists .40p, Google says .52p on that day. Or 2/8/23, RNS says sold for .405p, Google says SP was .49. I know there's daily fluctuation, but that's quite a difference. It would be interesting to see the exact time of apparent sale and SP at that time. Either way, why release an RNS saying loan to be increased, on 9/8/23, a week AFTER the last batch of shares were apparently transacted, 2/8/23? The dates just don't make sense. Why announce a £300K increase of the loan, apparently AFTER all shares were sold anyway?

He's getting paid back in shares, the same number he had to sell. He's not making anything from this. He's loaning the company interest free.

Those sale dates do not tally up with share prices at the time. Some are way, way higher, some far lower. Clearly there's more to it than you've jumped the gun at.

July 7th for example, the actual SP that day was around 0.46p, according to the Appendix he sold them for 0.5235p.

Not remotely possible. For whatever reason, those dates don't tally up as even remotely possible, with SP on that day for any but one of the 7 supposed sales.

Mind you, the last RNS got a year wrong too, stating June 2023, when it meant June 2024.

Look at the dates of the apparent sales of shares on the RNS and look at the share price on that day. They're mainly miles out, specially the later ones.

Look at 2/8/23, the SP was around 0.49, the apparent sale price is a far more recent 0.405.

31/7 - the SP was 0.52p, the shares apparently fetched 0.40p.

This can't be right and must be the day GR handed them to the intermediary, who sold them in batches, some clearly this week at the lower prices shown.

The dates make no sense when SP is compared, if the actual selling was on those days.

No, cobblers. You have NO IDEA if they were given to an intermediate and going by the prices, it's quite clear they were not actually sold on the days specified, or the share prices would have been much. much higher.

The broker fees of almost £20K suggest this wasn't as simple as GR selling them then transferring the cash. CEO selling has to be very carefully controlled to cause minimum bias to the SP and this was clearly a lot more complicated that the listed dates on the appendix of the RNS.
