That's just a blatant lie. Since when was 25% or even 50% "most of production"?

I see it as a very fair way of paying back the $35M they lent for the building of the mine so far, which they're even now, only charging $1.5M interest on, even though production is already about 6 months late.

Anyhow, we're back up to .54 sell and .55 buy, so the market doesn't seem to have listened to the de-ramping efforts much.

It's achievable and so long as Prem deliver, is a good deal. If they can't be producing 1000T a month by the end of November, then so be it, but it's completely achievable.

Err, nope. That's not what it said. It said the RHA mill should be in by early Autumn, in sufficient time to be ready to deliver 1000T by the end of Nov, so this will need to be produced in the month running up to that. See below.

Why? You realise we have to pay Canmax back of course? 25% of gross income to May24 then 50% for 6 motnhs or earlier if we pay them off before. What's bad about that?

This is ONLY an option if Prem fail to deliver the minimum or the cash repayment.

I think Canmax's approach is fair considering the issues so far.

I also think the deal is very achievable when the RHA mill is in and converted to ball type.

If Prem achieve what they should, both sides win and in a year or so's time, this mine should be grossing over $75M a year, just on 4000T of SC6. If it can produce a higher grade and some other recovered minerals can also be sold to cover OPEX, the net profit on that will grow.

Seems good to me. The extra interest on the loan (which we've had an not paid back for longer than planned, so fair do's), is only around $1.5M extra to pay back.

At 4000T a month, at $1600 a Ton, that's $6.4M income a month. Pay Canmax back at a minimum of 1000T a month, or 25% of income from November and 50% from next May, when we should be at least producing 4000T a month and bringing in around $6.5M, then they'll be paid back in full, easily by November next year.

There should also be a tidy profit coming in from late Autumn too.

What's to be disappointed at? Interest on loan up from 3.5% to 8%, but other than that, the repayment of Canmax loan seems very fair and 1000T a month minimum, very achievable. We only need to pay off 25% of income, rising to 50% next year until paid off by November. If we get anywhere near the 4,000T a month they thing the plant will be capable of, that's 3000T to sell for profit, then 2000T a month until we're debt free from Canmax.

The £2M funding is hardly new news, it as known yesterday. Lame effort.

Seems pretty fair to me, achievable and profitable.

As the deal was only signed on Friday PM, I should imagine, with the depth of detail hopefully involved, that it will take a while for the legal bods to approve the final draft of it, prior to release.

Sorry if it sounds a really basic question, but what does RUS stand for?

I seem to remember GR saying something about STARK having to replace the RHA mill at their expense.

As for the Canmax new deal, we'll have to wait and see, but the way I heard it was it's not far off the old deal, but GR has had to concede a little bit of ground, as is the way with Chinese business.

My biggest worry was that the raw material wasn't up to SC6 grade and this is why STARK were struggling. This worry at least, seems to have been removed now, with high quality material being found under the weathered layer and even talk of SC6.5.
