Exactly my concern, we are now on the 6 months you just mention and without funds not much will happen.

Looking at last couple years and doing a few maths unfortunately we are on that period.

Anyway, i will leave it for now as i can see some are trying to cover it up.

With 4.5ml at the end of December wich should less than half by now, its clear the cash its not enough to the projects they have lined up.

Loss in 2023 nearly doubled which is concerning to.

I would expect a raise before to fund the company to move into next stages.

Going private or a discounted raise......1 - 2p

Company had 180k at the end of March 24 so its desperate for funding, cant understand why people still holding here when you can buy cheaper soon.

Yes i would say its fairlyy similar situation to GDR here. They also rased to take the company further.

No secret that for POLX to "expand and develop sales", "finalise FDA plan" and "further develop strategic relationships" a minimum of $10mil funding is needed......

And obviously not at a higher price, lately the funding comes at a cost.

I am not saying you should sell....but at least hold and wait for funding to buy or add will be a wise decision.

No dought that this is the right time to get funding sorted as per Rns on the 29th Feb.

Folks need looking at it first before buying.

One funding is sorted then a great time to buy.

Personally I wouldn't agree but may not stop them from trying.

When companies take a step like that they have the backing of most shareholders and if not accepted BOD can make things very dificult going forward.

Anyway, let's see what is going on.

All these approvals take time and are game changing when they come throw.

For now happy to wait a bit and get a few more once they get the finding sorted.

No point chasing it now when company clearly said it's working on it.

Whatever price it is done at it's definately a good time to add and hold.

When a company openly discusses funding means they have explored all other options and it's part of any growth.

Personally don't like the Riverfort idea and much rather have a raise where shareholders can get involved.

I am sure anyone holding long term or looking to get in would be happy to get a few shares in the next raise and should be able to.

You are correct in your concern.

Funding is needed to have a chance of going forward and implement any plan....but probably at 4p looking where the SP was before the latest news.

This recommendations are not new and keep being used to pump the SP when needed.

CEO and CFO probably a bit fed up as they didn't realise how long it would take to get to where they are now and how, bet they were expecting a more positive approach to the product by now.

Looking forward I struggle to see how they will make a lot if money out of this, if anything hospitals will only need one or two machines!

Pharma is a tought invirenoment at the moment for companies like GDR.

Question:

Aren't they looking for capital at present?

The last RNS mentions it and looking at the SP movement since it suggests something going on!

I don't think it's right for me to tell people to sell, people have to make thier choices.

I can only highlight that they need funds and I believe it's being arranged and an opportunity to buy lower usually comes when funding is done.

We see this over and over in the market.

Just hope folks are wise and know how this stuff works and dont fall for your nonsence posts of higher raise.

Leave some cash to buy lower.

Plenty of surprises lately in this markets.

Mad to buy in now....raise set to be under 6p.

Be patience and wait for your entry.

Anyone that got large amounts on the previous would have set themselfs a target sell.

They are usually happy to let it ride but have a target in mind and 20 - 21p seams to be a reasonable one which means a massive profit to.

They are selling because they know they can get them cheaper soon.....on the next placing.

Large holders don't average down.
