For them to discuss support with one of the main shareholders means that the deal might not be that good but they need support to get it throw.

But lets hope it all goes well.

POLB a bit of volume with some large trades buys and sells.... but they dont look like retail, looks like brokers moving stock around.....

If at $2.81 its around £2.20 which is lower than the present price.

Just worried that when announce it and the de-list from AIM it may affect us in Uk but will leave it for now.

Somehow it makes sense, if they apply for cancelation in AIM why brokers would want to hold it!!

Also, if we are getting 0.03 shares for every POLB shares......POLB ones will have to go.

Is the 0.03 HOOK shares at a set price? or will it be dependent of the market price at the time of the finalised transction?

Will the 30ml raise not affect HOOK share price going forward?

- HOOKIPA intends to remain as the listed entity for the combined groupo Nasdaq Capital Markets and Poolbeg is expected to become a private subsidary of HOOKIPA and apply for cancellation of the admission of its shares on AIM.

Just worried that if they announce cancelation at some stage soon most will sell and buy the US shares to have access to them.

My only concern is holding my POLB shares when it de-lists and UK side goes private.

Can anyone explain how would that work?

Or am i better selling and buying the US shares via HL.
