Would love it to do well but aware that a 130% rise in two days does bring a few risks like correction or even a placing!

If you think that his interview has gone out after the market closed and knowing the media coverage it coverage and impact it can bring.....maybe there are news coming Monday!

Share price down 53% in a month, a company that has produced good figers and with q4 coming we know will be better, a CEO that has a lot of his money in the game and good support around him.
Anyone here happy to be loosing 53% and still finds excuses to keep going with the present situation can only be shorting it.
The fact that he mentions "may take it private" will shot up the share price and burn shorters :):)

After a poor review they valued it at 570- 580 and here we are now......no one wanted it but lrts accept it that it hurts less.
Soon good news will start coming in, it happen in the past and it will happen again.
Good strong companies have to go throw a this scrutiny from all the big boys....It's like a test.

I do know a bit how it works but was just looking at the fact that the word "placing" seams to attract all negative comments.
Some mention 580 others 620, etcc And most of us want £10 + :):)
The most positive thing is that we are at the bottom and there is only one way up.....a bumpy ride maybe but we will get there:):)

Why they called it "placing" should be called "share transfer" or something else.
Actually why does it need to be in a RNS, big boys do regularly buys, sell and transfer large amounts whitout most of us knowing.
Just look at after trade buys and sells.

The word placing spreads fear and attracts shorters :):)

Yes you right. No one would to buy 11ml share at £9.....But at this levels they are very appealing to buy.

They have to follow procedure but surely have already discussed it with interested buyers.
They don't need this all procedure to sell them cheap.....for that just sell in open market.

Please bare in mind that it's not Darktrace seeling so its not going on the cheap. They would want as high as possible....

This afternoon there was a 4ml buy at 6.80 so will be something similar to that I guess.

Anyway everyone, this share went from 990 to 7.90 in September and recover to it's ATH.
Be positive and relax as we are going back up again.

PFC will do well from today, company now has the money that we all knew was needed.
Placing at 115p does not look bad at all and this will finish 140p today :)

About the after hour, Just look at the trades and you will have an idea off what o mentioned.
Obviously can be buying and selling or even shorts opening or closing but the volume and amounts are above average.

When you looks at all the activity that goes on after hours, the prices they go for, the sizes and how may.....it makes you think that whatever we say, discuss or coment it's a waste of energy as all controlled beyond our reach!!

Happens all the time with all shares and after a couple days we look back and think.... why did i panic and sell or why didn't I buy more!

At the end it's simple, HOLD what you Have and believe and BUY in any dip if you can :)

Lately it looks like many companies have been hit with this sort of manoover, from DARK to AWE, THG and many more. Either downgrades or damaging articles all seam to come "buy order" as their timings are pretty accurate!!
If Big players want someyhing they have the right contacts to move things and with the right reward it's a no brainer.
Now it's a matter of waiting and see how the share moves in the next couple of sessions but I believe it will be back at £9 soon.
