Shareholders today had a saying in PREM future and decided against it unfortunately!

Resolutions should have been voted the other way round....Roach to go and financing to be allowed.

PREM as become a company and now needs someone with the right skills to lead it forward, someone that understands the day by day of running a company for shareholders and not for personal purposes.

Roach does things is way and always did which in some occasions where not in shareholders interests.

I am sure some disagree and come up with a lot of nonsence but reality is that to move forward PREM needs someone else in charge.

Don't you guys think that all this quite period hos because they are trying to sort out some additional funds!

0.7ml cash in December must be really low by now and with the SP declining something happening.

Don't hold a huge amount and happy to wait or add a few more but do understand that financially things are not great.

Until RNS is out confirming he has sold out there is no much it can be done but wait.

Plenty of late prints now and seam to be sells and I guess a few more to come.

Yesterday's RNS shows that he still has 3.44% to sell, dropped from 4.17%

On the 16th RNS he had 6.55%

So yes, a fair bit to go here unfortunately.

Just got Twitter alert from them with that test.

Appointing someone to help shareholders with all their queries throughout the de-listing procedure it's not unusual.

This appointment shows that it will de-list and company getting someone in place to deal wi5h present and future queries.

Once private it's a different procedure to buy or sale and investors need a point of contact.

Probably best option now.

This is heading for de-list, meeting on 16th is a mere procedure and it's obvious that other bigger shareholders are selling out as thet have no chance against a cheap takeover after de-list from the main shareholder which wants this as low as possible.
Once de-list It's far easier and cheaper to buy out the remaining shareholders.
It's a shame but it's how things work.

Unfortunately think folks have to digest what's going on very quickly or left virtually empty handed!

With a main shareholder holding over 80% and with the company requesting de-list ASAP it's obvious that it's not a good thing for smaller shareholders.
Just research whom owns the EICR limited and look at his investments....He will all it takes to own this 100% at as little cost as possible.
It's a good profitable company with potential so I guess Anil Aggarwall will want to add it to its $4bl portofolio.

Could have a few bounces before AGM but it's definitely not going to be a happy ending unfortunately.

Next RNS will probably be the usual "after considering all offers the BOD feels that they undervalue the company .....bla bla bla"

Putting a sale sign out before any real approach is the biggest mistaque you can do.
If they knew a few were interested just wait for an offer to come throw but as mentioned things are not looking great so they come forward in hope of attracting other parties.
Not great overall.

Business n3eds a complete change and do agree that cost cutting will not be enough.

- Property marlet is 10-11% lower
- Fees have increased
- Competitors have decrease thier percentages, some as low as 1% so is it worth it!
- Number of instructions will most likely be lower
- Cash burning is high
- Further loss expected

Any potential buyer will surely look at all this and the company financials before making a bit.
Would you bid higher than it's current market cap, very unlikely.
They put a sale sign up as they know they will not survive in their current form and need fresh blood in....but will come at a cost to shareholders surely.

Believe it or not, I am not invested.
Just follow the ramping crew and like to called them out.
Really not bothered if it goes up or down but HATE seing people being fooled and loosing money following rampers.
They have been at it for years and know a few that fell for it.
Give it a few days and let's see what happens.

As for POS, financially things are not great, at loss last couple of years which must have been tough for holders but genuinely hope it turns around and does well.

You are correct about the team ramping here and well done for highlighting it.
Same in ARB and NCYT in the last month and with a bit of research you can see what they are up to.
Look at their profile and see those shares LSE and you will find they are Long gone.
Fun to follow then anyway :) :)

If you are invested and believe in the companies future then fine but carefull not to fall in and buy in all the promises as soon they sell up and move on.
