The main point of buying 15000 shares at about 7p was to average down. The £100 quid is not really the point. Averaging down and selling reduces the risk...

I hope this recovers a bit, since I just bought a small amount (£1000) at 7p to average down.
I have a sell limit for the same number of shares set at 8.25.

My stop loss triggered this morning.
It is going to take a while for this company to generate a profit.
After about 4 years invested here I decide to take my profit and put the money elsewhere.

This can't be good.
First the sell of the highland hydropower business (that is generating income) now they only have a minority stake in Meygen (which is generating income).
So what are we left with?

Good to see a rise.... But they are still not producing anything.
I would expect this to fall back until they actually start shipping rare earths.
Does anyone know when they start extracting and selling some rare earths?

Why sell?
Because you bought at below 1p and have got bored waiting

Does anyone have access to the statement / analysis by Goldman Sachs to let us know why GS made that call?

Can't be bad... the share price is steady with no revenue (for a year or more...).

Well that's a no brainer.... perched halfway down a cliff means you have less of a drop than when you were at the top, but it still kills you if you fall.

I could be wrong but... I thought GST are going to use blockchain for secure transactions which doesn't require the use of crytocurrency. If I understand correctly crytocurrencies like bitcoin also use blockchain.

I will be very happy to do so when proved wrong.
I had great hopes for this company. However, when they sold the part that was actually generating revenue (even at a loss) I got worried. A similar thing happened with another company I have shares in and I am sitting on a 60 % loss.

This is looking more and more like a lost cause. The expected publication of results didn't happen and the day traders took their profit.
Still holding in hope, but the longer this goes on the less likely it is that we are going to see any further profits.
I wonder if the sale of EMS was a way for the directors to get back their money before jumping ship - or am I being unkind?

Yahoo finance states that there will be an earnings update today. Does anyone know if this for real?

Well you are in good company as I image that there are very few (if any) shareholders who are NOT sitting a massive loss!
So we are all holding on for that return to double figure share price!

I have just about given up hope for this company to go anywhere. They had everything in place months ago and seem to do nothing. Every 3 or 4 months there is an uptick (caused by speculation, I guess) and then a slow decline. Each time the upward move is smaller. The next one is due July / August. In the meantime my 1p stop loss is still in place.
