Isn't it about time that SEE either put out an RNS explaining they know of no reason for the precipitous decline in the share price or told us what is going on? I'm sure that IIs are asking for the same clarification.

I think SEE really ought to be updating us properly, not via soft Proactive interviews where hard questions aren't asked. Who here knows what has gone wrong with MIX? Why are we supposed to guess about Fleet and the cash position?

Jack along with other directors really ought to be buying shares in decent amounts. (Also, director dealings, buys and sells, should be reported in an RNS). Why aren't funds buying this stock? Must be a reason. Why isn't Canaccord covering SEE properly? Must be a reason.

It's a miserable day here in London, Brexit is unsettling people and we'd all like more cash. Still, I see no reason to panic sell this stock.

Makes me wonder how we'd cope in a real emergency. Let's see some stiff upper lip gentleman...

I think Lewbo is quite right to ask for proper discussion based on facts and analysis, rather than emotion. Lewbo is one of the few who actually does that.

I want some clarity from Seeing Machines (or the house broker) on the cash position and whether a raise will be needed. Cenkos thought there was no need for a raise in the current financial year. On 19th Sept the opinion of Panmure was as follows: "We estimate cash deficit of cA$5m by FY20, which arguably can be covered in debt markets. However, we also believe that the management can cut costs further particularly in Fleet engineering."

I feel fear over a likely fundraise is holding back the share price. What do others think?

Feck me Baxter are you for real? We're all a bit pissed off but this company has world-beating tech thanks to the brilliance of the founders. Ken had a bloody smart idea to focus on the transport sector and it is coming off. I'll admit, I'm a bit pee'd off with some of the governance issues and the way problems are communicated. Still, I'm giving it another 6 months. By that time more OEM contracts should prove beyond any shadow of a doubt that we are the next Mobileye.

For the chartists out there: my candlestick is a bit limp currently but is expected to be very bullish coming hard into April :).

At under 5p is Seeing Machines is a sitting duck (especially given the pace of M&A in the automotive space)? Alternatively, a strategic investor might want to ensure no one else gets to keep the goose that lays golden DMS eggs.

I've bought some TRAK this morning. Fall is overdone, I think. At its new price, and given industry consolidation, it becomes a takeover target I think. DYOR of course.

Yes there is a note from Arden out today. The justification for 70p price target (which has been cut from 140p) is as follows: "Our revised PT of 70p based on 1x FY20E EV/sales reflects lower visibility into FY20E and earnings downgrades. We will look to reassess our position as evidence of commercial momentum emerges."

Regardless, I think at this price the fall is overdone and it may get snapped up by a rival - there is a lot of consolidation in telematics is my understanding. Of course we have Brexit jitters and this is affecting sentiment. I could of course be wrong so do your own research.

I agree with you. Given industry consolidation and importance of telematics increasing all the time this has to be a target. Time will tell.
