If Cenkos put out realistic estimates of future revenues from auto (roughly US$1bn by 2022-23 according to Safestocks) Mr. Market would start to understand that SEE is worth £1 right now. Sure, there are execution risks but Xilinx is backing SEE. Indeed, SEE is of such strategic importance to Xilinx auto strategy that one can't help thinking they will want to acquire it in due course. Can you imagine a scenario where Xilinx lets Intel grab Seeing Machines? It would make Mastercard vs. Visa fight for EPO look like a game of conkers.

Baxter, when you turn positive I'll take it as a sign to sell. Right now I think SEE is on the cusp of some sexy upward moves. The disconnect between value and price can't last much longer.

Regarding what Semicast tweeted about Xilinx taking on Intel and Mobileye with partnership with Chinese outfit, does anyone else think that their next move might well be to take a strategic stake in Seeing Machines? Seems like a logical move to me. Be nice if it was at a healthy premium to current share price. Would spark a swift re-rate, particularly with EU set to give DMS a big push on Thursday.

ACEA have a vested interest in trying to slow down intro of advanced systems. Shameful really but I don't think premium OEMs will take the risk. Reputation matters to them and they can't afford another Dieselgate-type scandal. It is clear that camera-based DMS, preferably one that actually works in real-life situations (above 40mph) is the gold standard that they should be installing. That basically means Fovio is the only game in town for premium brands from now on :)

I read these just as proposed amendments. Advanced DMS is coming that is clear. Premium OEMs won't risk reputational damage and market repercussions when they know installing Fovio will save lives. Why do you think Mercedes made decision to install SEE DMS in Mercedes S level as far back as a couple of years ago?

First thoughts are that this isn't a SEE-killer at all. More like head tracking than eye-tracking. 2.5 seconds - by the time the car brakes you'll have had the accident...lol. Still, can't afford to be complacent.

I've heard a whisper about Rivian using a SEE DMS (though nothing definitive). Certainly fits with Rivian going for best in class as it looks very premium. I was really impressed by the car in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QMfxJEfb4lw Rivian could be huge now with backing of Amazon and GM. All goes to cement Nick's view about DMS being 'ubiquitous' in 3-5 years.

Byton is using SEE and that launches this year. A lot of good PR coming our way.

All we need is for SEE to market itself as bullishly as Smart Eye does and share price will fly.

I saw this a few days ago and agree with many of the thoughts here. Couldn't a strategic investor could both supply much needed capital and set a new valuation for SEE (15% stake at a premium price)? Alternatively, a bond offering could be used to supply funding. I'd have expected Rudy Burger to be all over this long ago. The cornerstone investor for the spin-off might be interested? Alternatively, I'm sure Xilinx would be willing to cut a deal. Hopefully, we have a CFO with the skills to make this happen.

Market isn't yet aware that SEE has cracked the biggest selling car in the US - it is a huge win. A nice RNS giving those additional details would have an impact on the price.

Well after an interview last year that sunk the share price it would be wise for SEE to ensure that the market is updated in a timely fashion. It is an offence to withhold market moving information as I'm sure the folks at Cenkos and Canaccord would be only too happy to explain to Seeing Machines.

Fiat Chrysler results tomorrow. Aptiv have won Jeep Grand Cherokee, which will be level 3 in 2021. Will they let slip that SEE are providing DMS? Will they provide more details on level 3 autonomy plans?

Personally, I don't think a £1 valuation is unrealistic even if we win only 1 more OEM before end of June (I expect at least 3 to be honest). By that I don't mean the price will be £1 but that SEE will be worth £1 by dint of its future cashflows. I don't expect that price to be realised until there is a bidding war.

It's clear to some that SEE is going to win VW, FCA and Toyota (doubters need only read the Cenkos notes to get some of this). In-depth research also indicates this. When we'll get an RNS is, of course, anyone's guess.

Still, the points made re. fleet are fair. In sharp contrast, auto has never disappointed. That is why I'd be happy to buy Nick and Kevin a beer any day of the week.

While I think a small raise of some sort is probably coming it will be needed to service the huge auto demand that is coming. That needn't be a negative for the share price if handled sensibly.

I think 2020 Peugot 3008 will have level 3 autonomy with DMS. Given it will be competing with BMW and Merc it would be strange if they didn't go with SEE (they don't want to be seen as less premium...sacre bleu!). Still, I have no absolute proof.

I think even right now low ball is certainly anything below £1. Still, it may need a first bid of 30p+ to make this apparent to stock market. What I hope will happen is that announced wins (FCA + VW) + traction with BdMS over next 4 months will drive interest from new IIs, upgrades from Cenkos, then a bid. (Still, there are lots of moving parts and bid could come in earlier as direction of travel is clear). I think things must be happening behind the scenes.

If any lesson was needed that price and value are not the same thing, recent bids for Earthport provided it.

If Cenkos has worked out that SEE is top of the pile and lots more DMS wins coming through, the industry analysts + M&A specialists within Tier 1s/chip providers must know it too and be running their calculators over Seeing Machines. I really do think it likely a formal approach will be made this year. A secret game of poker is being played and we're stood at the back of the room squinting to find the player holding 3 aces. Is it Mr Intel, Mr Xilinx or Mr Qualcomm? And who is the "man with no name" taking out £5bn in crisp US$100 dollar bils.

Have won....lol...."will win" means yet to be announced officially. Clearly Aptiv aren't afraid to announce. Politics, eh? Dirty business.
