Osram are a competitor to SEE but there is nothing to suggest they are in the Caddy. What makes you believe it Schlemiel?

Given the clear indication that SEE is about to reveal separate license deals with CAE and L3, that will deliver up front payments similar to the CAT deal done a few years ago, what do we think will be the scale of the payments and how will the deals be structured to avoid them stepping on each other's toes? For instance, by geography or by airline partnerships? The latter seems to make sense to me but I have little knowledge of this sector.

I'm hopeful the deals will dwarf the US$17.5m deals that Caterpillar provided.

SEE is a much stronger negotiating position these days and these companies can afford top dollar for the best. Thoughts?

As Seeing2020 explained, this will go to the bottom line, remove the need for any future fundraise and lead to an immediate re-rating. I also expect the announcement and subsequent share price rise to trigger funds entering this stock or existing ones increasing their positions. (Let's not forget there are plenty of funds with sub 3% holdings).

I hardly think so. He took some profit from the 3p level. Overall, my understanding is he's still pretty keen on SEE.

Reminds me why I originally invested in Seeing Machines. This company has so much potential, far outside present uses in transport sector. At the very least its technology could be licensed for use to consumer applications in the same way Tobii is used - after all it's technology is streets ahead according to the experts. I love this bit: "Local customer (Tier 1 or OEM) technical support for awarded programs including DMS application and system integration support and software integration/issues and system validation." Also the bit where it talks about "Be the “technical face” of the company in high value DMS programs.

For SEE to be recruiting now they must be very confident of winning contracts in Japan.

Note to SEE: Would be great to get that Mercedes extension RNS round about now. No need to name Mercedes, just call them a "Premium European auto manufacturer", after all we don't want to break any NDAs.

Re. cashflow, we were promised a "material aviation deal" this year by Paul McGlone in last week's interview. I assume it is a license deal that hopefully will be announced before the Investor meeting in November. That isn't in the forecasts so it should make a big difference.

Mr Market is less impressed by these share options than many posters here it appears. C'mon SEE, time to release some positive news before the Investor Meeting. Take your pick from auto OEM deal, Aviation licence, Fleet sales etc but don't keep us in suspense too much longer. 'Eeny, meeny, miney mo, release the news and the share price will blow'.

I agree PM has a vested interest in SEE share price performing and to that extent there is some alignment of interests. To know how clearly we'd need to know the share price targets. Of course, to get full alignment he'd need to take the risks we've done and put his hand in his pocket and pay market rates. At least we know why news has been held back.

He seemed pretty upbeat on SEE, from that report: "Our sole technology purchase was an addition to our holding in Seeing Machines which, not for the first time in its chequered history, had run out of money. It is to be hoped that the funds raised, together with a more disciplined approach on the part of its new management team, will allow the company to bring its impressive technology to commercial fruition." Therefore, I assume the sale is part of a rebalancing process.

I've got a couple more questions if I may.

1) Who does SEE see as their main rival now? Is it Mitsubishi or Smarteye and what are their relative strengths and weaknesses?

2) Is it now the case that OEMs are broadening the scope of contracts to include mid and lower range models? If so, how does SEE aim to satisfy this demand given the necessity to deliver camera-based 'safety' DMS cost-effectively? For example, can SEE provide a DMS chip with less functionality at a reduced price for budget models?

Apparently Amazon invested US$700m in Rivian earlier this year. I bet Jeff Bezos also get some tax benefit from going green. Anways, all good for SEE especially if Rivian does install SEE DMS.

I'm not very happy that it is one-way comms on the day. They should do a live Q&A with a couple of PIs and journalists/analysts. I'd happily nominate Seeing2020 from this board.

I'd suggest we collectively agree 5 questions on Monday morning and put it to the webinar before the deadline. Off the top of my head, I'd suggest we focus on the absolutely burning questions, the sort of details that have been sadly absent recently.

For example:

1) When do you now anticipate breakeven and will you need to raise again before then?

2) Are you actively seeking a CAT-style licence deal for aviation? Do you expect it will be concluded H1 2020?

Etc.

I'd suggest that we need to co-ordinate the questions so that SEE is aware they are coming from the PIs....maybe 5 at least that board is agreed are very important. Otherwise, SEE may stage manage it to just answer soft questions.

Burger has done an immense amount....for Burger. He should be removed from the Board.

Completely agree with what Seeing2020 wrote this morning. Fleet is fixed and SEE need to communicate that in spades, with an upgrade along the lines suggest by S2020. Sanjay Jha while making some very accurate assessments of previous management did throw the baby out with the bathwater in saying dump fleet.

The irony is fund managers are watching this but have been staying on the sidelines as not sure fleet is fixed and SEE isn't still an R&D project. Once SEE address these fears clearly and honestly I believe the share price will rise significantly.

Great analysis from Seeing2020, I do hope Cenkos produce upgraded forecasts. It is time for management to start over delivering and keep over delivering. Any free shares should henceforth only be awarded when the share price hits certain targets. Management are paid a fat wage and the least they should realise is that investors expect to see a return for their trust. Personally, I'm rather tired of hearing excuses and seeing the buck passed on past mistakes. Telling investors to sell up and go away instead of dealing with weak management practice doesn't cut it for me.

Maybe SEE should get a PR team....oh, they have one. Really? Is anyone from Antenna even at the Frankfurt Motor Show? C'mon SEE.
