Amati have loaded up on this. It's a good long term bet, imho. Short term sentiment will be driven by virus punters and deals.

I am well aware they don't care. Most of the share price falls over the past few years and the stupid 3p fundraise was due to management failings not the actions of anyone on this board. We should be 20p+ already if it weren't for their mistakes.

We can't blame Paul for most of that but he can hardly be said to have improved comms since his arrival. Even if the trading update is great -- as I hope it is with fleet beating unrealistically downbeat projections -- the issue with comms remains unresolved. Where is the US broker we were promised at the CMD? Why haven't they announced we have a Korean Tier 1 partner? Why haven't they announced the Volvo win? It's because they don't care about the share price. Well the IIs (and their reps on the Board) should make them care.

I am not expecting bad news at the trading update. This appears to be purely down to amateurish comms strategy by the management. They are letting down all investors and their own brilliant staff by such poor work. [On the plus side, it gives smart investors a chance to fill their boots at the expense of weak hands]

Not only do they promise imminent contracts and then fail to produce them, they don't inform market of new partnerships and wins in a timely manner. Paul should remember that IIs aren't impressed by such actions as the previous management can surely testify. I'm sure their researchers and analysts read this board, just as Sophie does.

Jury is still out on whether he can walk the walk. The trading update will be the first real indication, not just for us PIs but for the institutional investors too. If he can bring forward breakeven he'll be a hero to us all and the share price will respond.

If not, it is pretty poor that this company can't accurately communicate either date to investors. So much for the clearer communications and greater transparency we were promised a while back.

Interesting report Robbie. Thanks for posting. It makes me confident for great progress this year. I just hope SEE can communicate it effectively to the market.

I like the post DaddyPig but I can't wait 11 years...lol. SEE must execute a land grab this year. There are plenty of competitors who are entering the market. It seems the market is now moving on from pure driver monitoring to occupant sensing and emotional engagement with the driver. Thank god for SEE's real world data and its excellent staff. All we need now is to communicate our lead to investors by announcing some auto OEM wins and those much mooted Aviation licencing deals. Breakeven brought forward on the back of a licensing deal will cause this to rocket.

At the CMD, answering a question, Tim let slip that SEE DMS could detect an incapacitated driver (drugs or alcohol). It has won Volvo. Even if it can subsequently argue that it hasn't broken the letter of the law, certainly the spirit of AIM rules is all new OEM wins should be announced immediately. Possibly SEE will argue subsequently that the formal contract signing only took place with the trading update, who knows?

Some knew about Mercedes win 6 months before it was announced and similarly the first BMW win was known about weeks before the official RNS came out.

If SEE are reading this board they should realise that so are fund managers/analysts. They expect transparency and honesty. No NDA overrules that duty to the market.

Has anyone got a firm date for the trading update? I'm hoping that SEE will announce Volvo win with it. I'm also of the opinion that if we have also won JLR with Qualcomm (a new OEM) there should have been a separate RNS. After all this time, still the inability to be transparent with shareholders. That must be a reason some funds are holding back investing. They are not stupid.

Mitsubishi Electric were supplying Suburu and this is the model that won the award. I'm still hoping that SEE take over that contract. We shall see.

If they just announced an OEM win when it happens with a proper RNS (with numbers that show the benefit to the business) it would be sufficient. I don't mind a staggered rise but this stock has been up and down like a *****'s draws and yet it has been loyal shareholders who've been shafted. Management need to realise they get paid to deliver for investors not for themselves.

I trust someone is penning an RNS re. Volvo and that this drop is the tree shake to facilitate some more fund buying. Volantis 1798 (Lombard) isn't yet up to 19.9%, so I assume they must still have an appetite for more shares.

I know AIM is the Wild West of investing, lawless at times, but SEE and Cenkos really need to bear in mind that IIs won't appreciate any shenaningans, never mind us PIs. Release that news SEE.

SEE doesn't have to name any OEM it wins but it is legally obliged to put out an RNS informing the market of a win. I'm surprised after all this time that Cenkos wouldn't be telling them to inform the market as any information that might have a material effect on the Share Price (good or bad) should be RNS’d. This would also include a partnership with a new Tier 1, imho.

I agree. A lot of funds are constrained from entering in stocks below £200m market cap because of liquidity issues. Surely, US investors are starting to get into SEE now. When they do in force this will really motor. Anyone got a firm date for the trading update? I assume in the next week or so?

If SEE really wanted great PR it could easily get the coverage. The fact is it doesn't want it. The question is why? Great PR has been of no strategic interest to management. A low share price low has hitherto enabled PM to get more free shares on the cheap.

But don't panic and sell. They can't keep a lid on this for much longer. Even if they do try and lowball fleet at interims they will have to announce OEM contracts further down the line later this year. Maybe they can start by announcing success in getting a Tier1 in Korea? C'mon SEE don't take us for idiots.
