Does this mean SEE will most likely get a fee even from competitors for using these 'master' patents? Have I missed this in a Cenkos note or has it not been covered? (Is that a cash register I can hear somewhere in the background?).

Normally, yes but there are exemptions. LO has over 20% in WJA and hasn't had to make a bid. Just thought it was an interesting point. Certainly not ideal to have any holder with over 20%, better to have more funds coming in as PM clearly realises, to his credit.

Has anyone any idea why LO should stick at 19.5% for SEE? Makes no sense to me. I had thought 19.9% was the limit due to Aussie rules but it appears it could go well above 20% if it wanted.

Would be great to get US funds coming into this but with today's update there doesn't seem to be any immediate rush.

I for one won't be bothering to attend the event today given the lack of news flow. For the benefit of those at SEE who read this board news flow is contract news that contains realistic estimates of the value of said contracts. It is not vague news about exhibiting at a show, tiny fleet titbits, updates on the colour of PMs undies (brown if he has spoken to IIs recently) or stuff cobbled together from our research.

Seeing 2020 has done a grand job on this board trying to accurately forecast revenues and his research is top tier.
Those taking out their frustrations on him are being unfair. It isn't easy trying to forecast SEEs figures, even the house broker has continually failed to do that and they have proper access to the company!
