As I understand it SEE are going for new trucks from OEMs and existing ones in fleets. They really want those recurring fees for monitoring services, so while not the whole market their potential target market is big enough. Moreover, although production volumes aren't huge, as the margins on Gen 3 are so good they are prioritising enterprise customers, I think. I can't see any way SEE doesn't hit breakeven given its tech is the best, with the lowest rate of false alarms. All the OEMs (across cars and trucks) are going to have to install this technology asap now. Some big wins are surely coming given the July 2026 deadlines and Euro NCAP 2026 for cars.
