I also feel that one of the worlds last true people with pure hearts and ancient traditions intact today are the Mongolians. I do have a slight sense of conflict about prospecting in their vast empty lands. I would like to think this is why MB and MATD as a UK listed company that is legally responsible and caring towards minimising the environmental impact is the chosen partner to the government of Mongolia, rather than the Chinese.

I certainly hope they keep their country intact as Monglia with all of their rich culture and traditions.

I think that is a little harsh and cruel.

WOS is finding his Intel. He may be a little more active and repetitive on his posts and seemingly heavily invested too. But he isn't doing any harm and his posts aren't hostile or rude.

I would rather he posts his Intel and throws this in the pot than not. It seems well intended and given without spite.

One day soon his forward looking predictions will come true. It is not his fault that the Velociraptor was a failed prospect and that MB's comments on the RNS about the special LP detailed more minor delays before certification is issued. That is why we are at high 4's and not at 15 or 20p per share.

nothing has been said that is ******. i commented that i had been made aware of large changes in the country due to the taking over of their points of culture. i don't give a damn about colour. the more diverse the better. but as howard said in his open letter to the australian people, if whatever race, creed or tribe chooses to emigrate to australia, that is because they like the country and all of the values that have made the country safe based on their christian laws. if they don't respect those laws and wish to change the country to the values of the country they have fled, then they are able to use the greatest of australian values, which is the freedom of choice to go back to the country they have come from.

so this is more about values and respect than anything to do with racism.

i do have a german mother, i am british. i am married to an irish wife. i love diversity and the values of each country and culture. those values need to be protected and not lost to a global blob.

Love Sweden and spent many many happy summers holidaying by a lake at my German grandparents holiday home near to Tranas. It was a great place then. I understand it has become seriously changed due to the influx of immigrants that liberal Swedes are now strongly fighting back against. Even the local governments or councils are becoming led by the immigrants too, I believe.

Where do you come from Vikinglass? I like the nordic history of Vikings and what they did for the world. They created the first democratic parliaments in Iceland and the Isle of Man which a lot of the world now uses. They also named England, being Engle Land or land of Angels as it is so green and fertile compared to the stony and wet Nordic countries.

Sorry to admit that no, I have not been to Mongolia. I would very much like to go. The vast expanse of the open and empty spaces does appeal.

I wouldn't want to live there as I don't speak Mongolian and whilst I would love the vast empty spaces, I do like the finer things in life. Good wine. Good architecture. Varied cultures. The arts. Fine food.

Having spent a lot of my working life in Chile and Argentina, travelled the world quite well and visited many varied places, I have settled on the IOM.

Whilst I would love to visit Mongolia, I maintain my no thanks position to living there.

I am obviously too comfortable and arrogant and happy to stick with my choices regardless of my ignorance....!

Doc, have you come to the IOM? If so, when? Why and for how long?

If this was staged, it could show an amazing depth and strength of relationship to be able to get a statement out of the government, before certification has been made, to protect the sp and prevent matd from becoming a basket case investment.

It is curious and I think we are very very lucky indeed right now!

I would say it is more of a close shave and we are hugely lucky. But the timing is very coincidental!

Can you imagine if the RNS about the LP had not come through. We would be looking at a SP of below 1p.
