Maybe really think about header & why I ONLY build up my holding level while other look at little price movement as big thing in life. Also my investing timeframe which is why I am always positive & not change with day.

- Mr MB have found oil, Cabibet have approve Special land access approval. Have done this under National Importance to make even more secure for company. All paperwork for signature with local govt (WHO MUST SIGN) and expect RNS any day.

- Mr MB have parallel development plan for est 3 BILLION in Toson Uul extension

- Mr MB negotiate deal with DQE to accelerate development for low cost / offtake & terms agreed with DQE head office for final signature. I expect this with local govt confirmation RNS.

(Development go ahead with production revenue with or without DQE)

- Mr MB bid for new blocks next to existing asset structure. We have at least 1 with fiscal term all agree with MRPAM (1 more fiscal term in negotiation). Some of new block BIGGER then Quatar

This one people UNDERESTIMATE and I say TAKE NOTE!!

- Mr MB enter Renewable space at PERFECT time with JV partner who have PROVEN experience & HIGH LEVEL contacts to get contracts - this is BIG!

Mongolia have world's BIGGEST Renewable potential & export market / capex investment source right next door in China. All recent top level talk between Mongolia / China mention this. Development Bank want to invest. Even US talk on it & EU group who visit some month ago.

- Enough cash until "at LEAST July 2024"

Mr Mike Buck have nearly 11 Million real share for reason & will give himself more option in future which he will deserve.

He has been genius in company strategy NOW (not past issue) because we are investor NOW we look at this.

People ask why I am always POSITIVE? Because nothing change to change this view & in fact only get BETTER / CLOSER to goal of £1 Billion + mkt cap company. Main thing was CENTRAL GOVT Cabinet approval - We HAVE this now. Rest "formalities" just like RNS says.

What do you think MB's strategy was here?

It can't have been to attract locals to buy shares and it is not that useful as a pr platform for the international investors.

I can only think this is an attempt to do s soft pr release to ingratiate PM with locals in Mongolia, trying to make us a "successful local business" that Mongolians want to support and see succeed.

There seems little other point to this interview at this stage at all.

Real concerns about due process in Mongolia and the logic behind blocking investors from progress which can only damage the country's reputation as a safe place to do business in.

Has MB damaged the reputation and ability to function in Mongolia? Is this now a personal issue as some are suggesting?

I hope not and fingers crossed everything will click into place with LP issued and new blocks announced and new energy company confirmed. There seems to be a lot happening on many fronts with no news or positive updates, suggesting that issues may run quite deep here....

Shareholders have suffered huge frustrations due to delays and poor communication form PM, MB in particular and a sluggish MG for administration procedures.

That said, September is here. Brent Crude is knocking on the door of reaching the $90 a barrel mark. The US$ has gently strengthened by 3% against the £.

We are entering a sweet spot in which it would be great for us all if one or two good RNS were issued by PM.

It is about time. We sense things are about to swing into a positive phase. Let's hope we get the run of news we crave in the next week or two and that SP boom arrives at last to show the real potential value of this sleeping giant.

The only hope BP, is for a little red dot on the RNS tomorrow morning prior to Bllombergtv.

Let's hope MB has something positive and upbeat to say with timings and also new info re the new Petro Matad Energy Ltd on the IOM thrown in for good measure!

Chinese top delegates have been in Mongolia for meetings re oil, gas and renewables. Is there a (probably likely) chance they have been demanding more access to the natural resources?

Is MB feeling the pressure and possibility that Matd's strong position to be the major oil producer in Mongolia is severely undermined?

MB let slip a shift n his rhetoric in renewables when he stated in the last interview that the main reason for MATD to enter renewables was to provide power to the pumping sites. Hang on, I thought we had strong connections with MG to access and be a major player in the drive for 30% renewable energy supply in Mongolia! But the Chinese are in the country with real investment money and companies able to throw everything up for renewables very quickly.

So I feel that MB is not as sure and confident on his dreams as he perhaps was!

We will see. But he is now under real pressure to deliver and get this business off the ground before the opportunities dry up and go elsewhere!

We have a lot of loose ends which show promise and hope with encouraging strategic thinking, but no solid facts or stated reasons. IOM meeting and new co Petro Matad Energy Ltd being one along with the MG delegation for a second. Also the renewable energy drive which seems to have been downgraded to an internal need for power to pump our oil on our sites with possible extension to a bigger game in the countries drive for renewable energy. (Did MB really mean it to come across like that in his last interview?) Etc etc!!!!

An open Q&A sessions would leave us all so much clearer and happier.

Horrible outlook ahead. Evergrande in Chapter 11 in the US. Warren Buffet sitting on 140 billion in cash, ready. Michael Burry of the Big Short fame is betting over 1.6 billion on a crash before year end. US pandemic savings due to be exhausted next month. There is a big crunch coming.

PMTD and MB and MG have to move quickly now. Murky waters lie ahead for sure.

So the SP has lurched downwards following the awful interview last Thursday. This is not unexpected.

The piece of the interview that intrigues me is the part about the tenders for the new blocks which both border onto the PC blocks that are producing already. The throw away line was "If you want to sink a well to find oil, sink it next to one that is already producing!". Or words to that effect.

If I understood MB correctly, we have our final paper work submitted for one block and this is just awaiting approval and granting of the rights for the first block.

The second block submission has been made, no one else has submitted, so PM is to submit the necessary offer and then complete the final paperwork for this too, though this will take more time as it is at an earlier stage than the first block. But the sense is that it is almost a given that the prospecting oil and gas rights for both blocks will be won by PM.

My question to myself is why has no one else tendered?

Is this because this block also needs a SPL that has not been granted yet, but would be included in the SLP about to be issued?

If PC have not put in for the tender for the blocks next door to their existing fields, do they know something we don't?

This could be very cunning and clever or not!

Anyone have a view on this point?

I truly couldn't imagine any disclosure or update being possible unless it was good news. And yet, there it was. A big blob of nothing. Another statement of "frustration" and "delays". Exactly what no one wanted to hear.

Huge volumes of transactions, as you would expect after such a weak interview yesterday by MB.

Price still holding above 4p, which is amazing good really.

A lot of de-risking and rebalancing of portfolios and we will wait to see what happens after the frenzy is over.

I see little point in hanging around. Money can be used elsewhere for the next 6 weeks without an worry of missing the boat here!

A hugely soft interview. Why do it? No mention of the IOM or Petro Matad Energy Ltd. Or what exactly he was doing on the IOM with the Mongolian minister etc.

I sensed the look of exhaustion and fear in his eyes. A little shifty and spent. Anyone else sense that???? Trying to keep everything upbeat whilst really not enjoying where he is right now. Not encouraging at all. SP falling tomorrow, I fear!

Very happy with the SP relative stability this last week when there is no news either way.

To state the obvious, the next RNS is hugely important and will have a big impact either way. I believe MB knows this and hopefully he senses the delicately poised situation. A wrong step now and the SP will crash. He has to get everything totally perfect and water tight now. No more room for "frustrations" due to delays.

We wait with high expectation and a lot of hope!
