My new hunch is that we will not get any new RNS' for at least four years and the share price will crash to 1 p from tomorrow!

This is why I sense there are delicate politics at play here behind the scenes.

It makes the waiting that much more nerve wracking to feel that things may not quite be in the bag yet. That said, as I stated before, I believe momentum is on our side and we should get the LP through soon and then glory days should be upon us all.

That's not true! My hunch last week was the RNS would be this week or perhaps next week coming.

It is still my hunch and could still be true by the end of this week coming!

Regardless, the point is why has there been such silence and half information with a proper and full disclosure? That's all.

We all know there is a lot going on behind the scenes here.

We hope for the RNS for the SLP which will allow Heron to go live and start to pump some revenue. This seems to be moving ahead after Cabinet approval and just needs for PM to provide the final docs for certification to be issued.

But we also know about the activists trying to make noise about urgent court action to stop everything. So momentum is in our favour the SLP is in sight and should be ok, and yet it needs to get over the line before we can breath more freely.

I sense that all of this is delaying MB and PM or the MG from announcing any of the other exciting news items such as new blocks and the delegation to the IOM and the new co of P M Energy ltd etc etc.

This suggests to me that the issues are still live and hot on the ground there and I am glad that a good calm and sensitive approach by MB seems to be the reason for the slight blackout to us all on the bigger picture.

This is just a hunch and I hope we get that SLP in the coming week.

Structurally it is.

These huge sites, once built, need an enormous amount of safety checks, risk tests, environmental checks and tests, before insurance policies and operational certifications can be granted and it go live.

Regardless of the reasoning. It is well underway and happening. Last time you posted a month or two ago, you were suggesting it wasn't anywhere in sight, which was the sensational headline that was over exaggerated.

It is, but perhaps not quite as quickly as we all want.

I said the refinery was over half built. I didn't shoot you down nor did I intend to. Sorry if you felt that I had.

The refinery is well over 1/2 built. These things take a decade to build. My son worked on the Steel City refinery in Kazakhstan and this is his view.

Delays and time slips do happen due to one thing or the other. But the overall build is well underway and over 1/2 way there for sure.

Fully appreciate all frustrations. I am in this quite deep for a few million shares. I am happy that if things ride normally and no one pulls stupidity out of the bag in Mongolia and now all the ducks are legally lined up with all parties now sorted and put into their boxes, then we should see this soon. What soon means could be weeks or a month, but in relation to the ongoing difficulties of the last decade or so, it shuld be very soon.

I think you need help Doc. This is not healthy or normal.

We all know the facts. If you can not cope with the wait or the status, then sell. But don't start this panic absurd and irrational anxiety path. It goes no where and is not good for ones state of mind or life.

Everything is fine. Holidays season is upon us in Mongolia and the UK. Everything is fine for MATD. Let the egg incubate a little longer and go and enjoy an ice cream on the beach and have a drink in the pub.

Nothing that any of us can do or say will bring the day forward when the RNS drops.

It could be tomorrow, Friday, next week or next month. But it is close.
