True some dead wood has been removed,but as AH is part of the existing structure there is only an out sourced cfo that has been added, which could hardly be described as a dynamic addition to the board.The recent weeks events has merely been one title change for Adam Habib.

I agree with you Noloss, but the point being that many new shareholders first experiences of Amc is to see directors leaving the company,the president of the company being voted from the bod and to top off a very poor chain of events the TEO not achieve as promised

I don’t think it is what we expect the bod to do this quarter,it’s more what they told us they would do in the last quarter.They told us the TEO would be presented to the Russian ministry and it wasn’t, they had two years lead time and had the money to do so.
They also in the agm RNS told us they would update on the shareholder/Habib situation in due course.I don’t think due course should be an indefinite period.

Well a new week and the Amc discussion board is as silent as the Amc board room(if they had one)The share price stays where it is and seems it can be controlled by a few grand a day.With the £50 odd thousand a month income I wonder how long Mr Young will remain behind the gates in his California home.As the new investors here that have a 2p av. can’t even get in to the blue

The debate as to directors have lied or did what they did has been gone over time and again,people’s views are set and won't change.
Director R Shafer ask the people who were at investor presentation what he told them.

Some good posts by many yesterday.The difficulty at present and has been for sometime is deadlines not being met and communication being poor.I am absolutely sure that if Amc made something that even looked like progress(something that made the market lift the price a little) the mood on here would lift a great deal.In the meantime a mixture of debate and banter is the order of the day.Perhaps a few of us would be welcome on Telegram group..........................WHAT!!!
