Today we have seen the Corporate Governance code quoted in some posts here.On a scroll through it would appear that the author of this code is unaware of the number of directors or members of senior staff.Section 5 of the code states the number of exec. and non exec.directors also senior management.
If you take a look at the list of those positions,remember that the code has a date of Feb 2021 at the top.You will notice that there are seven positions listed in the code and only five in the list
on the directors and staff page.It seems that two months after the agm they still don’t know how many directors or senior staff they have.
With glaring inaccuracies like these,what hope is there that the code is worth the ink and what sort of Mess must the TEO be in

I know what you’re saying,but I also think many of us are trying with as much annoyance and sarcasm as possible to get some sort of information or reaction from Robin Young.I am about 60% down and merely want a few words of explanation.That’s surely not too much to expect.
If only we could get a return to the mood we all had on ii a few years ago,sadly I can’t even work out how to post on there.

Hi Joe,they have cash at the bank,they have £50k a month from the loan note.They could keep their salaries and have agm’s in Russa as the have before and get another couple of years out of it.
I just think there is another factor,I don’t mean anything unto ward,I get the feeling they have been naive or have been out smarted and don’t want to admit it.
I keep thinking about the other 10mil that NRR got that diluted AMC’s stake.Did a former director have a side deal to up his earnings.I am not saying he did,but something occurred at the agm and as has been said,it ain’t just Grimsby that has a fishy smell

You are quite right to mention AMC’s history, LATE on deadlines POOR with Shareholder comms
And long periods of inactivity.
