I would be very surprised if legal clarity has not been given after the time they have had.My point is why not just say so.I have no interest in solicitors,but I do have an interest in Amc.After the statement in the agm RNS why no just release some sort of statement.We are once more left with no communication.

I guess all we can do is hope that the remaining board members act in a much better and more active way than they have in previous years.We would also hope that we are told if Adam Habib is still employed by the company or is not,how much legal advice does it require to at least confirm that information.We now have one member of bod in the uk,is PG the only person available to represent Amc,we must hope he has installed some additional printing capacities.
The position for recent holders is very different than that of LTH’s So constantly being told to be patient is not the best response when all long term holders have done is take at face value(literally)
What the company and its ceo have told us at different times in its history.I have an average of 5p and I know there are many others with averages that are much higher so LTH’s have a perfectly good reason to show frustration .

Well we all have our beliefs and that was the thrust of my post to etank.With A look back on amc’s history it’s plain to see that RY and WS have been hell bent on Not having a Russian involved in the project.
The awfull and illjudged finance deals have all been a way of those two to keep their control of every aspect.As it is now very clear to see they made some very bad decisions.

I didn’t intend posting ‘TIL next year,but I thought I’d at least show moral support.The thing is there are three sorts of posters on here.
1: Long term holders .Who are mainly well below the water line,so they are so worn down by the whole saga they just don’t know what the best move is.
2:The holders who believe they have a far superior understanding of the situation and are amused by most of the differing opinions.
3:The I just bought another 5m. This morning and I’ll wait till the next blue moon,so I don’t care.
It would take a vast amount of effort just to get them in the same room(if that were to be possible in the next six months),if you did they would never agree on tea coffee or hot chocalate Let alone how to confront the bod .
Shame,but true
