I carefully considered, some of the experiences I have learned from in my life. They are that being honest with the people that you are in business with, good or bad.Be straight forward.
If you anticipate problems in the future, inform associates(and in this case shareholders) and even if you are not popular at the time, you will be respected in the future for anticipating they may arrive or having given consideration for the possibility.
What do you think would have happened ? The share price to fall.Well that ship sailed a long time ago.I might also as I have thought many times with regard to the bod, they should contract better advisers and waste less money having to make up for it later. We still have Mr Gazzard who will probably administer the agm.His arrival with Medea carried out lots of billable hours to inform us that they had identified mining lenders............we know how that worked out and still we pay him.
The last thing I would probably have done is give just a minute or two’s thought to the amount of time, paper and printing that may be required, then I would get people off their arse and get some work done
