In the 11yrs I have been a holder I am not aware of a contract between the company and the owner of shares to sell when the company instructs them to do so.It is a market not a cartel

If an entity is releasing shares at an agreed rate (per month or per annum) with the company and this is not information that is in the public domain,how is that not price fixing.Also does the company have an obligation to inform its share holders?Do these contractors show up in the company accounts

So you are saying that AMC have contracts with people to release/sell shares to control the sp?

Can any one tell me why these nominee acc.would continue to drip these shares in to the market to stunt the sp,If they had any faith in the management.The view is that it’s always pi’s that buy them so why do they not ramp the hell out of it,take their profit and go.There are so many theories none of which seem to make sense.The one fact that remains is that if the management actually took the company forward and achieved something positive the sp would take care of itself.
I am not talking about a deal that delivers £50k a month and MIGHT be very good in 3Yrs if another company does well(which isn’t a given) I am talking about AMC’s core project Kun Manie

As you alluded to in your post, the options are few and TB’s arrival and actually stumping up his own cash gave us that hope.I suppose now we must have a fresh hope that RY doesn’t arrive at any crucial meetings late and miss another opportunity.The long lead times for the road and mine site are not on the side of the older and less fit group of LTH’s
As I’ve said before come on Mr Young get a deal done.
