Lorenzo seem to be working on a system that introduces many party’s to each other, with the intention of taking a cut from both sides of every deal along the way.So noting that AH is still a member of staff at AMC and is on the bod at NRR is he in some way reaping a benefit from NRR and that is the source of the AGM fallout and Non re-election to the board of AMC.I really think shareholders should be appraised of the reason for legal consultations and the outcomes.
The investment that we pi’s ploughed into this company was spent long ago,surely something must change soon.Many times over the years many have brought up the subject of shady people in Russia,it would seem they have sunk to much lower levels in London and New York

When the road build starts will be the time doubts disappear, in the meantime talk just like the share price is very cheap.We have been reading about aspirations for years.

Any person thinking that Russia is not aware of what Kun Manie has needs to wake up.They are perfectly aware of its great assets.They also want inward investment.
To have a future the TEO must be submitted PRONTO.
Then and only then will we see if submission of TEO will release any help with the road.To this point the FEDF have only talked up what they will do.They have yet to part with any cash or signed anything definitive.For newer S/H’s I am not sure if it is clear what the infrastructure challenges are,JUST the road itself would stretch from LONDON-MANCHESTER.
Also on acceptance of TEO the raising of the capital will be next issue.Many paragraphs have covered the figures by much cleverer people than me so I’ll not even go there,but one thing is for certain. We ain’t gonna raise a single penny for the project unless the market or possible JV partners or offtakers don’t see the company being run in an efficient manner.The real position is as clear as Crystal THE SHARE PRICE is 1.5 pence and that is what the bod have to show for their lack of skill over the last six odd years.The fact is at this point it is in the mess that they have made.
I hope they can get their act together damn quick.

I think Robin Young should receive much credit for his visionary use of social distancing at least a couple of years before it was in use anywhere else on the planet.If one remains in California you are totally isolated from the business of AMC and its shareholders You have no pressure on you to get on with irksome matters such as deciding after years of deliberation whether it should be OP or UG and present the TEO on time.No no the best socially distanced plan is to order an independent review of that earlier independent report to waste some more of the socially distanced Shareholders time

The posts here since Friday evening have been discussing mine planning and finance structuring.For years RY has been harping on about the per pound price of nickel,well 8 was that magic number and the current price is heading for 9.
Now it looks like as though it will be a struggle to make it viable even at those levels of pricing.Are we going to watch events for another year with juggling mine planning trying to make it anything close to a saleable proposition.

I have always had faith in the Kun Manie project,even that is getting more more difficult to keep.

Can you really imagine Mr Schafer and mr Young actually taking this to production or even pretending to.The market have been watching these guys run round like headless chickens for years.The licence was the last achieved Target.Since then nothing.After 2yrs of compiling the TEO and being told it was almost complete,it wasn’t and now 3months after applying for and being granted an extension Nothing.When the headlines are in bold letters about a mining super cycle AMC are using the COVID excuse.The womble debate is back on “underground overground” good grief how many more times!!! Then we have the latest gem,We are having an independent review of an independent report. These guys couldn’t set up an office so no chance a minesite

So so many opinions today and so much talk on positive and negative posters.Blackrhino 1 your comment on the fact that when you’ve been here for a long time it’s easy to see through many of them.It’s also true that when you have been told things face to face that turn out to be complete ..............Dross(managed to think of a printable word) it’s hard to believe future statements.
The positive posters who are probably more recent holders are most likely on a smaller loss than some LTH’s and I’m glad and wish I were one of them.
The question that’s been on my mind today is,what percentage of all shareholders are underwater at this point.I am not bright enough to work on these issues,but would anyone like to hazzard a guess or estimation.

Many of us placed bets on Robin Young nearly twelve years ago.What we need is our winnings,all we have at present are losses.Nobody doubts kun Manie,Robin Young is an entirely different issue.
October the extension was applied for as per RNS.4/5 months later he hasn’t even informed us or the market if that has been done or accepted.
Geng’s 1.46 (I think) is being worked on by the market,or has an arrangement already been agreed with a few friends.We will never know,I hope against hope I am wrong,but once again all the signs are there.

Hey Forest,the way it’s going we won’t even have confirmation of TEO being submitted.Then a six month wait to know if it’s acceptable.Then a year to(sorry another year)to try to sort finance.If they did manage that,then another year to build the road,Then another two years to build the mine and on and on and on.
The ev’s that will be built next year will be Classic cars by the time Mr Young gets his arse into gear.
Also the way things progress so rapidly(well in the real world not in RY’s world)another technology will have come to the fore.
