I see your point about being a mine in Russia,but AMC chose to raise their share capital on the Aim platform and therefore has a responsibility to those shareholders of the company that made an investment and pays their salaries.I am sure AMC could have found a financier in Russsia,but would have had to relinquish control.The shareholders are where Mr Young should be looking.

Hi Wringtongas,thanks for your post,and I wish you well with your efforts.I am not atall up on rules and regulations for bod members of AIM companies,but would guess that this bod would be well and Truely on top of slithering through the regulations and just doing the very bare minimum of their obligations.The dilemma I have always had is whether Mr Young and Mr Schafer are simply not as clever as we would like them to be or are very clever at keeping their income to fund their life style.I honestly don’t know.
My way of dealing with this poorly run company is to poke them with the stick of criticism when I have the chance and hope that the asset KM will eventually be taken up by some one with the ability to commercialise it.
I will though follow your lead and from now one rite to them on a weekly basis.

Don’t worry Joe,AMC have the rest of the year to print out the TEO.I’m sure California is warm and sunny,so Mr Young can work away or not at what ever he wants and ignore the likes of us.I guess Mr Gazzard will be busy planning Decembers AGM.Where will it be this year,Salisbury,London,California or perhaps in the Amur region.No I’m going for London,It’ll be time for Christmas shopping.
