All I can advise you is to put yourself in the place of Mike and look at the huge job he did in such a short time, and not what he didn't. After all, we must understand that he was in a very distant and very unusual country in which he had to adapt not only business, but much wider social-economic and even psychological environment. So, Mike has done so much that even I, as a person who lived in Moscow since my student years and know quite a lot about Mongolia probably would never have done. And certainly I would not fly to any interviews, presentations and meetings with investors. So, be positive mate he has done and continue do great job.

As for one of our posters, who is running and running on our board like in the forest quite obviously thinking that all of us are runners or gamblers like him. Without understanding that there are other investors. Those who could invest in well analised business, as in own enterprise. And this is a creative activity, and not narrowly speculative or parasitic runs which is habital for some creatures only.

All respectful Matadors and others, Mike perfectly aware that there is some tasks in communication with shareholders which must be solved. Moreover when I told him that among us a lot of LTH who are acctually part-owners of the company and have to know what is going with their company as much as management do Mike expressed his full consent and promice to improve not only communication but do not forget also about our financial interests in any further shares issuing and placements. So, Mike not only know the problem but actually he is fixing it already by specially traveling to London for the interview, as well as for to meet us personaly or via conference call. And I really wonder how quick you are now for the criticism for poor comunication but nobody did not even call him during our meeting and express any concern on this or other matters.
Except, how we can carried away by this relatively minor issue forgetting about our main and most important goal - to strike the oil in which Mike is immersed now completely. So, please let's Mike calmly to do his job and soon we will be very grateful to him till the rest of our life.

Good post. ShinFalls totally agree. As I mentioned before Mike is very clever man. And if this share price fall caused by the institutional investors' sells, then Mike just outstanding man and CEO. Firstly, because he was able not only to get money for Fox and Red Deer much prior of the start next year drilling season showing to potential farmin our stady financial position and putting PM in great negotiation position. But also expressing great determination to go alone and strengthen company's potential much more. Secondly, perhaps institutional investors so convinced by Mike in Matad's fortcoming multifold that they probably decided to sell part of their holdings now aiming to take huge profit anyway at the oil strike. This is how else we can probably explain SP continuing fall. But to be honest I really don’t care how dipper else can SP fall. Because, than dipper it falls now, the spectacular it will rocketing into the space at the SL and than at WH oil strikes. Yes, I believe we will strike the oil in both blocks.

Yes, quite fair point of view, abzzba. But what if I can tell you if there is someting completely difference too which called sincere and honest POW. To make serious money through the investments it is not about to be very smart or capable to do good research only. But combination of many important factors and amongst them intuition and luck. I can even say that without last ones most likely you will not be able to be really successful investor or businessman. I came to such conclusion after creation in my life some successful businesses from the scratch and which I would never achive without intuition or by lucky chance. Even when Bergen happened I was surprisingly (and by pure chance) lucky to make a good profit. Yes, I must admit that now it is lasting a bit longer to get our prise with Matad than I thought. But I am sure all of us will get our prises and even sooner than many think, especially seeing today's and maybe some followings SP drops.

Matadors, don't listen any self-proclaimed gurus, shmeisters, not to mention our pets. We all know the market doesn't like any uncertainty. And Matad today is objectively located and not only in the zone of uncertainty, but at some degree of risk too. And these factors are possible for some very short time will prevail over all other factors. And even as we see neglect such excellent news and so important events that have taken place today with the participation and thanks to the great efforts of our splendid CEO. In this short time, all the chickens and daytime trader will leave the company. And replaced by all those who have sufficient financial resources and being aware of today's excellent balance of risks and rewards and will take strictly calculated risks. They as many of us will remain invested and waiting for of all 4 wells this year final results. This will soon not only move SP much higher and stabilise it. Stay calm and absolutely confident. Really excellent presentation and honest, detailed explanation all of the aspects company's activities. I really impressed how he has responded to all of our questions confirming everything that he said before, including the inmplemantation 4 well this year drillings and 2 well right from the begining the next year drilling season.
In respond to my question comcerning of maintainance good level of communication with the investors he not only confirmed that it was very badly managed previously. But expressed his intention to improve it substantialy and that this is one his most important priorities including provided any operational update asap.
He is also admitted that investors as company's part-owners have to be treated much more carefully in terms of compliance with our financial interests and all subsequent share floatation intend to do with our participation.

I agree almost with everything you have written, lbjj. But what is concerning to "The political elite and their corporate masters have an electorate most countries can only dream of" it is not true at all. Look at what happened or rather what is quietly and according to a well-thoughtful plan is doing in Russian electorate. The gang of traitors leaded by terrorist Putin is destroying there an entire nation where the total losses have now long exceeded the number of Soviet people's losses in WW2. But western leaders continue to meet and shake hands of such criminals or calmly participate in the World Cup. Even despite of carrying out by these gangs numerous terrorist actions abroad in many countries, including in England more than 6 times. In addition we have long been accustomed to see on TV all the horrific scenes of the death of civilians in Syria, Palestine, Yemen and other places as if there is nothing special all of about this. And that is what very very sad. Because no nation is immune from such a "great perspective" if seeing all of this remains so indifferent.

I never thought that simple and well researched investments could been such unbelievably intriguing. What a journey. To me sometimes also seems that not only Mr. P but even I begin to exaggerate the situation. I felt it and scold myself when Bergen happened. And at the recent and unexpected and annoying placement of additional shares which again and quite significantly diluted our holdings. I even starting to think sometimes that the heads of most of all AIM listed companies are just crooks thinking not to promote companies, but to plunder the credulous investors. But, in fact, we know that there are other examples when outstanding leaders of oil and mining companies can achieve outstanding results, turning them into world leaders. Therefore, when we know with 100% certainty that there is a Big oil in Mongolia and our new leader is well known and highly respectable profesional it is very difficult to resist not to become excessively inspired. And in this I do not see anything wrong. In contrary it is optimistic, injoyable and even very funny. Because no matter how we try to embellish the situation, we will not succeed. The future of our Matad is so brilliant that it is simply impossible to make it even more bright or beautiful.
Very soon all of us will see and convinced of this.

I am surprised how many people here have concentrated attention on banal fluctuations completely forgetting that we are hunting here not just for an oil, but for the biggest ever Mongolian oil. Wake up punters and be ready, as all true Matadors do, for PM transformation from small AIM listed unknown company into the world class O&G giant. I always say our Matad's future is bright and now I can tell we will see it in just of couple of months.
