Hamm, before taking a new risk and buying shares, I also thought for a some time what could be the reason, that they did it right now and not later. And came to the obvious conclusion that this was done to place / purchase as many shares as possible at the lowest possible price. Especially on the eve of first well spud when SP always takes off. That is, I realized that they did exactly as I would, if I were in their place. Perhaps there are other reasons, but for me it was to be enough to take a new risk and buy at the price even lower than 10p. Is it such my risk justified or not will be known very soon. Let's wait and see.

Absolutely, mate and never will. Even losing this fight we will be in anger, only. Because we are here to win. Any other outcome will mean the management did enter into preliminary fraudulent conspiracy with the organisers of the fight and panel of judges. However, I do not believe in such conspiracy. But, what they think much more about their own as well as somebody else's interests in Mongolia more than about ours is obvious. And if so, then I decided to get more. Initially, I thought of doing this at 11p. But thanks God I waited until yesterday's 9.4p mark and bought another one million. I can't see yet my deal here, because of breakages this site yesterday. But it doesn't matter. I calmed down now by the fact that have took my revenge and if Mike and his team, or someone else bought 10p, then I'm 6% cheaper.

No, it isn't! I was always very positive towards company especially after Mike's appointment and would like to remain as such being convinced that there is a big oil in Mongolia. But it is really becoming embarrassing now or even shameful situation for Mike and whole BOD. They were drawing so pretty picture since Mike's arrival that it was almost unthinkable that 6 months later company's SP will back to the same level as it was in last Christmas. Situation is really unpleasant and further fall will not surprised me. But let's hope that management has some good news too which could change this trend on slow SP recovery and then rise.

This time I completely agree with all critically-minded investors. We all well aware that the market is unpredictable, and in this all its grandeur, the danger of losses, and the joy of acquisitions. But, if to add to this even a little doubt to the true goals or appropriateness of certain actions of the management, especially unexpected ones then market becomes toxic place. I had such a feelings after Bergen. And now after such unexpected placement made in hurry and toxic in terms of neglect of LTH's interests. And I feel that SP could fall futher if soon enough shouldn't come some really good news. The explaination that placement done to finance next year additional two wells drill didn't convincing me at all. In contrary it looks like the management itself not quite sure if will get an oil in the SL or WH. Or even the hitting the oil in Block XX will be sufficient to make another successful placement for finance two additional wells for the next year. And this is worring because failure to find oil at SL and WH will raise seriouse doubts about the competence of the new management with all of their new seismic data interpetations and throw company back into new circle of its inglorious existance. I hope my pessimism not quite justified and soon we will either to hear about Farm-in or Matad is going to discover its so long-awaited and biggest ever oil field in SL or WH.

Starbuck0121, I tend to agree with you. But, to sell now, I think, would be wrong. Yes for us shareholders the general situation was deteriorated from the position of diluting the value of our holding, but the position of the company itself on the market has strengthened. Except, such a strange and unexpected issue of shares can really prove to be some kind of tactical move, not connected with the greed of the company's management or the neglect of our interests. However, each of us, of course, must act in accordance with his own vision of the current situation.

Whatever the nearest intentions and goals of the company are, I very much hope that Mike understand importantce of establishing trust between company and investors which was ruined by previous management. Regardless of whether it concerns to be in timely touch with us or implementation of their officially stated promises. Report of information for example must be implemented in much more correct way. And has to be address to issues the importance of which was delineates by the management itself in all its previous official anounces and RNS. Otherwise, will continue such annoying and nasty situations when we are waiting for one information but get someting less relevant or completely different. But the most importantly the BOD have to concentrate all its' efforts now on ensuring unconditionally drillings all 4 wells this year and not on to issue of a new ordinary shares diluting the value of our holdings. Otherwise, it will looks like that new management will continue to concentrate its efforts to drill of our pockets instead of wells as it was done by previous management for the last several years. And if, in the true interests of business they want to use our money should also remember our financial interests, and not just their own gains. Of course in case If they are considering all of us as a one team sharing the bitterness of defeats and the joy of victory.

I also would like express my thanks for your today's posts with very thoughtful comments. It is difficult not to agree with you in many ways. Personally, I don't like the fact that even after Mike's appointment we are officially promised one thing, but in reality it's turn out to be quite an other. It is also completely strange for me how the company could announce that the first well will be drilled as soon as the weather conditions permit, and then, suddenly say it will be drill a month later, as no one has controlled and provided timely issuance of visas. But, after all, this is a gross and completely inadmissible misconduct and if Sinopec is guilty, he would have to pay considerable compensation. If the leadership of the PM is guilty of this, then its specific members also had to be strongly punished. And not be encouraged to buy shares at a discounted price, as it happened today. I think this is really great news! Taking more institutional investors on board Petro Matad puting itself in much stronger position to go alone with its' not 4 but 6 well drilling program. Mike is definetely doing one more wise step closer to be an exclusive owner and exploiter of his huge acreages without the needs in Farm-in partner at least for the nearest future. Except and most importantly there a strong confirmation that company on its' truck to implement this year 4 wells drilling programme. What else we have been waiting for to be happy? I will be happy to add a bit more tomorrow if share price will fall to 11p.

Yes, Ojay but I am calling these creatures not just de-rampers, but barking dogs. Maybe they are even bastards as it metioned by Florida and which are spreading here negativity in somebody's interests and getting money from them. Because it hard to believe that someone could invest money and then to spread not just doubts but malicious lie and aggravate fear about the company he invested. It can be done for money or or because of insanity. And it is pitty that some investors who, due to inexperience, could listen to these scoundrels and miss their chance to buy shares at very low prices. I remember very well how these bastards were in full swing, that you do not need to buy shares at a price of 7.5, because some broker sells shares for 6.5p. And that soon the price will drop to 5p. Therefore, I wrote that such dogs must be beaten or desinfected as insects. Anyway let's forget about all of that becuase we are most likely on the eve of the biggest ever oil discovery in Mongolia.

The only reason for such incredible low SP literally on the eve of companay's drilling programme are the consequences of the huge damage that was caused to the company by all those idiots and outspoken crooks leading the company before Mike. For, any specialist as well as most investors, has never doubted the existence of large oil fields in Mongolia. Therefore after the anouncement that Petro Matad is going to drill its very first well (despite of behing single well only and was determinded on 2D test result) the SP rose to an incredible 210p. And today, on the eve of already announced drilling program of 4 wells based on much more accurate information obtained as a result of the more advanced 3D seismic the share price is less than 13p. The situation seems incredible. But it only shows that it is not so important whether there is oil in Mongolia or not. Much more important than that becomes who is the head of the company and whether he is really going to discover the oil. Or he and the management are crooks imitating it and stuffing their pockets at the expense of credulous investors. That's why now, when the CEO is Mike in whose decency I'm almost sure, we just few days away from instant revaluation of the company's tangible asset and explosive SP growth.

2010PM, excellent analysis, as always. And I would like to thank you this time not just for analysises but for clear confirmation how smart all of the true Matadors are. Because amongst us there are not only professionals, who can so precisely calculate what the stock price will be very soon. But also some other great people, for example me, who knew about �1+ SP level long ago even without of any analysis and calculations. Mr P, my friend. Do not pay any attention to all of barking dogs. All of us know very well who they are even if it is hard to understand sometimes what they barking so loudly and aggressively. Maybe because their instinct telling them how severe they will punished by the next RNS with Operational update and washed in a cesspool. And that is inevitable because it is hard to imagine how this dog could survave and appeare on this board again if company will soon confirm that everything is going in accordance of this year drilling program.
