And after some research it seems to me that people carrying out these extremely important studies are doing outstanding job and they can be trusted. And this is the most important thing for an investor. After the business idea itself of course, which should be as realistic as in our case now. So we need to know the final result which can be or even already is, just fantastic.

Yes, Jimi we have clear evidence here of sickness and not of the shareholders but the BOD itself. I have already expressed my concern few times of inabilities of this management to do proper job and maintain satisfactory relationship with LTH. And that is what becoming more and more worrying. Because if the BOD is loosing connection with investors very soon will make itself unnecessary for the entire market. Sitting in far away Mongolia completely out of our control they no longer even thinking that have to inform us of what they are doing with our money. Which have to be spend on exchange to some kind of atchivment and not the empty wasting on big salaries with the fatty bonuses and rewards.

Until it became clear how often and easily his words diverged from deeds which led the company into such a deep ass. And now even obtaining a license and getting out of this ass will seem to be his greatest achievement. And this is in a situation where all his previous conversations were not about millions but billions of barrels.

Is more than strange. On the one hand there is a big oil in the country and it dreams of its own oil industry. Moreover, one of its new fields has been discovered not by a foreign company, but by a national one which is no longer run by some local swindler but by one of the authoritative oil and gas geologist from Britain and who is completely confident in the great future of the company. But on the other hand and despite all these seams to be positive facts the company's position on the market remains just awful. Which means that the market, unlike many of us, does not believe a single word of our CEO. And perceives him like as the same ordinary executives as the majority of companies' executives are on the AIM market today and the main purpose of which is not an outstanding achievement but a comfortable and as long as possible stay in their posts. And this I think the true reason for the miserable position of PM on the market today. And if Mike and his team will not be able to achieve something much more serious than resolving trivial issues with local authorities or acquiring licenses from the central government then the worst to come. And further support of such a company, at least for me personally, will be tantamount to absolute stupidity.

Moreover, if its true that Mongolian government is extremely interested in creating its independent oil refining industry than this should have been done at the end of last year or in the beginning 2020. Because the oil had already been discovered more than six months ago. And that is why I am surprised not only by the delay in issuing this license but all this over-meaning talks about importance of the license itself. It looks like everything is stoped now in Mongolia either from the coronavirus or severe winter cold from which even the company's management has frozen and unable to say us something.

Neither Mike nor anyone else can tell us anything because all of them are in masks from the coronavirus now. Only after taking off the masks they can tell us the reason of inactivities and presumably suspension negotiations with Petro China due to the threat of infection. So, let's hope and pray that our leadership does not suffer from the virus and staying healthy can be able start oil production either this or next year.

To be honest I do not quite understand why there is so much talk or even anxiety regarding an exploitation license. Isn't granting such license a natural condition for investing in search for oil? If it wasn't so, then no company in the world would spend money on the search for oil or something else. Of course, there are many examples of bureaucratic arbitrariness. But Mongolia, as Mike himself so often likes to repeat it, is extremely interested in developing its oil and gas industry and be independent of Russia. And if this is so, then why should Matad have to divert so much effort and attention to this license or work with local authorities? If the central government is not corrupt, then neither it nor the local government should do such tricks as to brazenly impede the company's activities with foreign investors. On the contrary they must to assist company in every way and give the opportunity to calmly and without any fears solve much more important financial or other issues connected with current activities or strategic development.

For the management to tell us not only about how many shares they have rewarded themselves, but what are the results they were able to achieve for more than 3 months period from the date of their last year AGM on 19 November 2019.

That is what some insects can't understand. But they are partially right of course. Because there is no CEO who could like to see such a create flying around him. And many respectful CEO are really glad not only to respond in writing but meet and discuss any issues connected with the current or future activities of their company.

Good morning, Donkee. No, buddy, after receiving a formal response from some nameless admin few months ago, I stopped writing to him. I don't want write but to meet and tell him about how some really outstanding CEOs directly responded to my letters, despite their exceptional employment. Yes, they did't always answer directly to my questions, especially with sensitive information. But they always answered questions about the current state of the business and nearest prospects. And for some reason I thought that Mike could be one of such CEOs.
But, the most interesting thing is that you seemed to read my thoughts, buddy. Because just a couple of days ago I thought that I needed to write him again and ask one single question: are there really no other management tasks for the company than to grant themself and their employees with various awards and remuneration?

Okay, lets be clear, mate. AIM itself is not a casino. Its turning into such not even by market makers, but by managers and investors such as you and me. And who trust management and their ability to promote business. I don’t know about you, but I always got acquainted with the CEOs before investing. In the same way I did in the case of Matad, being sure that Mike is a high professional. And I am still think so, but very confused by the fact that so far he has not been able to prove himself to be either a good CEO, or even a good geophysicist. As a true geophysicist he should distribute all the duties of his team in such a maner which would allow and him to concentrate all of his efforts on geophysics and oil exploration. Instead, he began touting Mongolia as the new Qatar or Bahrain and PM as a rising star for to attract investors or business partners. Forgetting, that the oil is key and if he finds it then will immediately find both money and partners. For the same reason he should drill Heron in first place. This is what disappointing me most and not the setbacks or PM's stagnation today.
