A Moscow friend of mine, who is also invested in PM and has some good connections in the Mongolia told me that EL decision is expected in late February - early March. Of course this information cannot be taken as absolutely accurate or guaranteed. But I have no doubt that he received such information and therefore decided to share with me. Let's hope that this news came from a reliable source and will soon be confirmed, especially since there is already very little time left to wait.

Hi Donkee, yes mate faith is important thing keeping you on going. But most obvious mistake we often doing it is looking to others as at yourself. Who could ever imagine that an Englishman who looks so experienced and well known amongst the oily professionals turned out to be so ineffective as an entrepreneur. And who is going to explore a big oil in Mongolian Gobi by sitting in his offices either in Ulan-Bator or Singapore . So, lets think now not for a big party, even if you and some other honest LTH fully deserve it, but at least a modest dinner at a decent London restaurant. I would be ready to organise such and invite on it all of like minded people as soon as we can get a EL and reach SP somewhere around 0.12p - 14p when I could run out from this mike-backwater.

Read carefully what has quite rightly written to you Horsers. And can probably understand what it means to be critical, and what it means to be negative. Besides, do you know that criticism or even negativity is a very powerful tool, the use of which should not be forgotten by any serious investor? Especially when your company is in such an ass due of the inept management. And positive attitude not to mention support of the inept management turns such investors into that moronic herd, over which they can do anything they wanted. And they do any outrages because we allow this to be done with our inappropriate positivities. Therefore, I completely agree with Spainish and if our Singapore CEO turns out to be unable to obtain a license before the beginning of this year drilling season and start oil production then it will prove his complete worthlessness and I will also be glad to hear about his resignation.

Could you please, with this simple thought of yours, reach the brains of our CEO. So with the same simple thought he would go to Ulan Bator and do the same with the brains of government officials. As well as promising something else to add to their own pockets as soon as the company gets a little stronger.

Please don't get involved with the persistent and annoying insect. I filtered this insect knowing that its represents PM's mediocre BOD. This create is appearing every time trying to stand up for them in respond to all my critical comments. So, let it buzz just as stupidly as this BOD is doing. And which is launching insect here instead of urgently solving the the license issue.

I am sure Mike is reading our post here and hope will really fly to Ulan-Bator asap and everything to get the license without delay. All other options and hopes are such a complete stupidity that I cannot even imagine that true Englishmen would be capable of such a dull and passive expectation that someone would bring him a license to Singapore on a beautiful plate.

There is good old saying - if you get into a hole**** then sit still and do not fuss, otherwise you will get much more dirtyier or even drown. And who is to blame for the fact that we stupidly started to believe in tales of our so highly ranked CEO. Who everywhen and everywhere never for a minute forgot to chat (and nobody knows due to his incompetence or deliberate lieis) about the exceptional support that his company enjoys from the Mongolian government. And now, sitting in Singapore at our expense, he reassures that he is doing everything to get a license.

Hello Mike Buck, if you are reading my post please get your ass off your chair in Singapore and fly to Ulan -Bator to get a license, otherwise your fairy tale can never come true.

I think you are right, s2000. At least LTH having serious investments and believe in success will no longer sell and those who will try speculate hardly can change the rising trend. Let's hope the next news / event will be something positive. And not a spoiled candy that the company's management pockets are full of and with which it periodically treats us promising delicious ones next time.

filetmignon, you are completely right. That can be the real aim of Mongolian government if we do not receive a license by the end of March and start pumping oil from the beginning of drilling season. And prove Mike's complete professional unsuitability as a CEO who should not have been busy by constant and idiotic chats about tremendous support. But soberly to assess these risks and try prevent them. Especially when precisely this government that is under the great influence of such a totally corrupt and even mafia state like today's Russia.

I am not writing this post in order to spread negativity. Because as LTH I am not at all interested in this and believe that sooner or later the license will be granted. But there is even more important question regarding his mentor and more inveterate criminal Peter Hambro former chairman of Petropavlovsk and when he will be arrested? After all, it was Hambro who has helped Maslovsky launder the money stolen in Russia and who together with him, created and listed their joint criminal company on the LSE starting to rob British and other foreign investors. And where is that SFO that have to find such real gangsters? O, I just forgot for the minute they are busy in looking criminals in completely different places. Or in such a normal company as Petrofac and others inflicting them colossal finical and other damages.

You and many other investors here too much clever for understand some simple things. Its the same as having good vision doesn't mean to be able to see small particles. Or in our case small but very important details of business management.

The most important and the first thing I would do is to meet with Mongolian Prime Minister before the elections and convince him to grant EL without delay. If it had not been possible before the elections, then I would have done it immediately after the elections. By convincing him that a delay would cause enormous material and moral damage not only to the company, but also undermine the credibility of the country from foreign investors. At the same time, I would take care in advance to come to an agreement with the appropriate British structures that could influence the Mongolian government and speed up the adoption of a decision. In other words, I would not be engaged in idle chatter, but in business. And I would sit rather in freese Ulan Bator then in warm and cozy Singapore at the expense of investors and in the hope that Petrovis will solve all the issues for me.

Nice to hear from you Terryali. Yes, the SP will be much higher on the receipt of the EL unless PetroChina can not pump out all the oil from its neighbouring Heron while this happens. I really wonder how many seems to be normal people here not only taking this covid scumdemic seriously but even as a main reason of such a miserable state in which is PM today. They are ready to blame scumdemic now and election before or structural reorganisation later but not the real and quite obvious reasons which are governmental dirty tricks in combination with managerial complete incompetence and impotence. Lets hope that some miracle is going to happen in the beginning of next year and we can get out from this swamp.

Good point, Horsers. Unfortunately inaccessible to understanding even experienced and seemingly intelligent LTH here. A real arbitrariness has been carried out, which has essentially led to the more than a year of suspension activities of an international oil company having all the rights to explore and produce oil. And since this is stopped it means that it is beneficial to them who does it. And for the management as well staying strangely inactive. Instead of decisively defend the company and our interests they are lulled us that the issuance of a license is about to happen initially in November and now very soon!?. But I personally would not be surprised if tomorrow there are some other dirty tricks will happen. Of course, these are assumption but they have no less solid ground than painting the future with rainbow colours. Moreover, the entire past of this company testifies precisely to bad, not good.
