As you know I completely agree with you, and as already wrote, we should not sit humbly and without counter-actions see how this BOD constantly misleads us by drawing rosy pictures. When the reality is sharply different and causes huge losses of our investments. But please forget about such a not only useless, but even harmful organizations like the SFO or FCA. We need to act in much more clever and consolidated way with the usage all of our shareholdres right in full power. For example we can demand to call an extraordinary meeting and explanation from the management why we are constantly mislead. Or why when the company is in a complete ass, they still rewarding themselves by share awards while we suffer colossal losses. And in this regard, demand at least partial compensation for our losses. Because in these conditions not this very inept leadership should be rewarded, but those LTH who have shown such patience and loyalty to the company. Only in this way we can achieve something, everything else will be just emotions and nothing else than concussion of air.

Let's start with the fact that no one from self-respecting CEO could be content that sooner or later he will get LE and therefor can just sit and wait. With one of such Idiots, who is a CEO of Beowulf I already had "happiness" to meet 7 years ago. At that time I called him not to sit quietly, but to start decisive actions, right up to the court procedure against the Swedish government. Which has decided not to make any decisions: neither to grant no refuse EL for the extraction of a huge high-quality iron ore and rare-earth metals multibillion deposit that was discovered by company. In response this idiot told me that I am talking nonsense because a maximum of 2-3 months the EL will be in his pocket. Hi Spainish, it's nice having like-minded people here who perfectly understand situation and do not remain silent. Especially when it is necessary to demand clear explanations from company management. Some people just don't want take some fact seriously even when company has completely lost 1.5 year and there are no any guarantees that 2021 will not be lost too.
As Hamm wrote correctly we have been told about EL that it is a matter of when not if. But isn't it silly for solid CEO to be satisfied by such a simple fact that EL will be ever issued and not by the exact time when it will happen? It feels like he was hired to work as "high caliber" specialist who could attract investors by telling them fables about Mongolia and its great investments opportunities. Because for a truly gifted leader who cares about his business he should understand that time is money and the question of when exactly the license will be provided should have become paramount for him.

Please don't teach me what's helpful and what's not. We all have our own views on what is happening and each of us is free in his choice of what to say. And you know perfectly well that I'm right. For if you are against the way things are done in the company, then you should declare this and not remain silent. If we are silent, then as you know, silence is a sign of consent, and if so, then there is nothing to talk about and therefore we deserve exactly what we have.

As you remember, I wrote that by the end of February - early March, a decision EL is expected. The long-awaited positive decision, which I all look forward to, would of course be that great news that would mark the beginning of a new stage in the PM's development from oil exploration to oil production company as well. But, I am worried and what if this does not happen? And instead a new excuse appears or we are told that the decision is delayed until the approval of the new Prime Minister by the Mongolian Parliament? And who, too, having become the head of government will begin to replace the heads of various ministries and departments and therefore with the loss of at least one more year for us? Such a turn of events does not care the mediocre management of our company, as they sit comfortably with our money in Singapore or somewhere else in their warm and cozy offices. They will sit like that as long as could take. But can we also afford to just sit and wait and wait until they deign to resolve such an important issue for us? Personally, I am sure that we should not sit still, but on the contrary should immediately send a collective letter to the President of the country. Where should we report what has already cost and what further delay of granting a license may lead. And therefore, ask him to intervene and resolve the issue of granting a license as an exception with the stipulation that the company will be obliged to make all those changes in its oil production activities, which will be established by all regulatory central or municipal bodies. I hope the next RNS should be about the EL granting. Any new excuses will have most negative consequences for the company. And for CEO and his BOD it will be just a slap. He must either bring the company out of the paralyzed state or transfer the company into the hands of someone who could solve this issuie urgently. So, it could be even much more valuable for the company let him take care of such an important and purely professional issue.
