The BOD made a total mess of the preparation to Freshfields, the court case was embarrassing to watch, so our concerns about salaries are valid. Nothing that has been done so far is of any quality, message to claimants - agree or we go bust.. that's isn't a message any judge would approve, if we employ experts with those salaries they need to deliver, they have failed so far multiple times..

If he was a man of his word, would he be laying off hundreds of people on say £18k a year or say, I am committed to you the people working for Amigo I will take a salary holiday and replace with shares until the SOA is approved to keep people employed, of course not... He was employed because of his links to the FCA and he had full knowledge of how this could pan out.

Really... so a company in crisis should approve a pay increase of £200K for delivering nothing to shareholders. All the time the FCA are focused on getting a fair deal for claimants and board members have massive share options which are really based upon SOA approval and nothing else. You need to look at this through the eyes of the FCA or judge to see how stupid your comment really is.
Impression to judge, we have all contributed % of our salary to claim pot or we are rolling in it and don't really care if we go bust or not !!! Hamish all over again but I doubt you know the history of Amigo.

All shareholders are us private investors, we don't have a long list of II who could provide that funding. Unfortunately it's us who will feel the pain but also could be the route to survival. As you can tell our BOD are not sacrificing anything currently and that annoys me.
JB gave a rather worrying percentage of success against the FCA in court and our BoD should be trying to improve that percentage. Nothing so far...

There is no way the FCA will allow a gun to be held against them. They will have a claim pot amount in their minds, although they have been very clear it's not up to them to decide the value. It's not up to the judge either, Amigo need to find a number that the FCA would agree not to reject in court. This number needs to be approved prior to next SOA, otherwise we go around in a loop. Bond holders will not contribute, so unfortunately it's us shareholders who will feel that pain. But if approved we should recover and the Amigo v2 could start.

Amigo's saving grace is that they have been allowed by the FCA to collect the current loan book without paying out any claims. No claims going to the FoS, this removes massive costs of the FoS on Amigo for every claim.

The FCA gave Amigo a lifeline, not sure why after how they behaved in court and changing their mind about not objecting to the SOA.
FCA had to save face and not push Amigo into administration, what happens from here ??? But our BOD need to show some financial haircuts in the form of salary's or share options going into the claim pot.

Let's be very clear ladyboy I have a very detailed understand of Amigo and felt prior to the court case the judge would pass the SOA. The board members failed to brief Freshfields and if you were present watching the case you would have seen how much of a disaster the presentation was. The judge didn't approve our directors massive share options, so what have they done to help the cause ?? Reduce their pay, that will help to highlight their characters and commitment to show their are taking some financial pain.

I've seen redress letters from Amigo that have been cut and paste from all different font style/sizes. This I thought was lazy because junior members of staff were responsible but these are the companies Annual reports and would require director sign off.

They are not processing claims (agreed by the FCA) so they reduced staff. While keeping their massive salaries..

It's shocking to see their salaries and shows they have learnt nothing from the court case. The FCA and judge didn't like the directors share options and how their would personally profit from the SOA. If the company is wound up our directors have received a huge salary for a disastrous stage of the company, their failed to fully brief their lawyers. With shareholders suffering, genuine claimers suffering the only people who have a smile on their face is our board members. At a time of company crisis you lead by example and take pay reductions and show the court the position you are taking. This is yet another kick in the teeth and follows the behaviour of Hamish to milk the cow for as long as possible. They have delivered nothing for shareholder so why the massive salaries...

I feel one of the main points of the RNS is to stop some shareholders repeatedly phonIng the company asking questions.

Alot of their staff are still working from home and are continuously interuped during their working day.

Let them do their jobs, we have proven technology and the world will not only see our LFT but more importantly the platform.

The contact us page I assume takes you to Avacta direct enquires, not distribution purchasing. Two very different markets and should have different contact forms, even if the distributor link takes you to an external site ie distributor

When shareholders provide the company with some useful advice and it's not only ignore but they don't even bother to reply it does become a little annoying.

I've emailed them four times now suggesting they put distributor details on their website so buyers know who to contact. I think on the Avacta product page it says contact your local distributor, common sense would tell me to put those details on the contact page or a hyperlink to the distributor landing page.

I understand lots of private investors are emailing the company and they are probably now ignoring most emails but it all about the purchasing user experience and Avacta have done nothing to improve it.

I can buy via Halifax again now. At the time I could sell my entire holding in one go but couldnt buy £1k worth of avct
