Not really covered why the bondholders would be interested in contributing. Glad it's not only us that have felt the pain with this mess. Amgio not reviewing any claims currently is obviously creating pain for genuine claims, the FCA needs to put their thinking cap on and come up with something.

The opposition party are there to hold the government to account. But I have seen nothing from Labour MPs about the shambles of our Chinese imported not fit for purpose LFT. They would have seen the FDA announcement and it's an easy win for them...but nothing.

A few days ago we saw "Not currently available in the US" this was replaced with "Only available in the UK".

Was one of the other tests in the CV the Chinese LFT, I would certainly think so. How much of this CV data has been shared with US partners.?

The FCA want a better return for redress payments, currently NO payment are being made so the FCA need to find a way forward otherwise the scheme voters who agreed to the scheme will get nothing and the company folds. The media would be have a field day showing the FCA's behaviour throughout this.

Which tests will be accepted?
So-called NAAT tests (including RT-PCR tests) and rapid antigen tests will be recognised. For the time being, this will not include self-tests.

But can the current government approved LFT detect the Delta variant ?

Euro games at Wembley first to take vaccine passports

UEFA has released its guidelines for people heading to Wembley Stadium during the European Football Championship.
Anyone aged 11 and over will need to show they have had a negative lateral flow test within 48 hours of the stadium opening, or show they have had two doses of a COVID vaccine at least 14 days before kick off.

Vaccine status should be shown with the NHS app or Scottish or Welsh vaccination record services.

Previous trials at the stadium, including the FA Cup final, only required a negative test.

Games are due to be played at the stadium on 13, 18 and 22 June - with the 18 June date a showdown between England and Scotland.

This year, the Euros are being played across the continent - with Wembley one of the host stadia.

Hampden Park in Glasgow is also hosting games, but the entry requirements are so far just staggered entry times.

Why is it that only the positive samples are frozen ?

Phase 3 will be carried out against a larger sample set, namely 1,000 true negatives and 200 true positives, which will be sourced by Oxford University Hospitals. The negatives will be fresh samples, transported within 48 hours, the positives will be frozen. This follows recent work at PHE Porton Down to support the development of this protocol which found there to be no discernible difference in performance when using frozen samples.

Assay validation and clinical evaluations of the test were conducted in the UK and EU using routine prospective samples in general population and healthcare settings
