Whatever the value is positive for the shares, since they aren’t pricing anything for this.

To me this share is significantly undervalued. Getting to 3x upside at $25 silver price, conservative assumptions on Mexican silver resources and handn’t even assigned any value to this possible JV! Baffled with reaction today.

Massive news and yet the shares are down. Am I missing something?

To me, a key take of the investor call this week was the capex to bring the Clogau mine back into operations will be ‘tiny’: in the low millions a/c to the Chairman. This is a game changer when thinking of the economics of the project, in my view.
Meanwhile, he didn’t want to answer a question on expectations of what the shares should be worth. He did give an answer to this in a previous interview though - where he had argued he doesn’t see why the Clogau asset shouldn’t achieve valuations similar to that of Scotgold (£45m market cap today). I’m getting to similar valuations for Clogau...

I just don’t understand how can Shanta Gold be so cheap?
It’s trading on 1.7x EBITDA, normalised Post hedges. Hedges end next quarter. The market just doesn’t seem to want to buy into the story. What am I missing? What’s needed to finally lift these shares?

Thanks. For me the shares need to more than double just to get to similar $/oz valuation to other junior gold explorers, and that’s just on the current known resource. I m just wondering, what the market needs to wake up to this... There seems to be a disbelief that this resource will ever see the light of day.

This stock has been a massive underperformer, despite being significantly undervalued, and getting cheaper relative by the day. What am I missing here?
Yes I know they may need some more funding, but don’t all aim companies do? it’s got Eric Sprott as direct shareholder and whole no other aim company that I know of does (ggp via Etf). I guess management is seriously questionable - and radio silence from them.
What will change the sentiment?

Healthy correction here, as stock was massively overbought on technicals. Multiple share price upside just from Clogau... Great entry point.
